Training Bots

"Okay class, calm down." Aizawa said upon entering the class room. Everyone quickly shut their mouths and looked to their teacher.

"We will be fighting the training bots again today." He explained while standing in front of the class. "I need to know where you guys stand. I know some of you were working hard all break. I also know some of you took a nice long vacation." He said while glancing towards Bakugo and Midoriya. "Change into your hero outfits and meet me outside." He said before leaving the class room once more.

"Just because we were on vacation doesn't mean we weren't training." Bakugo spat while grabbing his uniform and bolting for the door. While Midoriya was grabbing his uniform, he noticed a case that said 21 and another that said 22. He looked at them in confusion before turning to Uraraka.

"Why are there extra cases?" He asked to the girl.

"Oh, we have two new students who will be joining our class tomorrow!" Uraraka said happily.

"And you didn't tell me?" Midoriya said sadly.

"I-I'm sorry.. it slipped my mind." Uraraka replied with sincerity.

"It's okay." Midoriya smiled sadly. He was nervous to have new class mates. He made great friends with the class mates he already had. What if they didn't like him? Midoriya stepped into the men's locker room, sighing in relief when he saw Bakugo wasn't there. They had seen each other change plenty of times, but it felt different now. He quickly changed and made his way outside.

"Now that everyone is here, pick a partner." He said while looking around the class. "Expect Bakugo and Midoriya." Everyone looked to him in confusion. "Show me what you guys have done all summer." He said with a bored tone. Midoriya took a gulp as he walked to Bakugo. Why was the world against them? They didn't want to be paired up. They were supposed to keep up the front of not being together, let alone being friends.

"Iida and Uraraka, you're up." He said to the duo. "Everyone else follow me to the viewing room." Iida and Uraraka smiled as they made their way to the training grounds. Everyone sluggishly made their way up stairs to the viewing room. Once they arrived, everyone gathered around the monitors.

"You will have ten minutes." Aizawa said into the mic. "Start." With that, they both jumped into action. They were destroying machine after machine. Uraraka was using anything in sight to knock out the monsters that she wasn't able to touch. Iida was kicking anything in his way. The buzzer went off, signaling the end of their match. The next pairing was Todoroki and Yaoyorozu They went through every single pair of students before the last one, which was Bakugo and Midoriya.

"Trouble children, you're up." Aizawa said while turning to the boys. Bakugo and Midoriya smirked before making their way to the training grounds.

"Like we practiced?" Midoriya asked with a small smile.

"Of course idiot." Bakugo replied gently.

"You have 10 minutes. Start." Aizawa's voice echo'd around the grounds. Midoriya and Bakugo smirked at one another. Midoriya jumped high into the air before looking back down to Bakugo while extending his hand. Bakugo used his rockets for a solid jump while reaching for Midoriya's hand. Once their hands connected, Midoriya launched Bakugo through the air. Bakugo used his quirk on the machine's head while Midoriya kicked it in the stomach, causing it to fall and break. They ended up defeating 12 more monsters before Aizawa's voice rang through, signaling they only have 60 more seconds. Bakugo got knocked down from the air by the machine when he was distracted. They were trying so hard to not be hit since it was points off. Every other team had gotten hit at least four times, so this one shouldn't kill them.
