Nobody Gets Left Behind

"I promise I will call as soon as we hear anything on either of the boys." Mitsuki said while pulling Todoroki into a hug.

"Please be careful." Todoroki mumbled while hugging her back.

"Of course. I'll talk to you later." She said as she pulled away from the hug. "Behave while we're not home." She said behind her as she walked to the door. Todoroki didn't answer as her as he watched Mitsuki and Inko walk out the door. He walked to the window and watched as they backed out of the driveway and drove down the road towards the police station. When they were gone, Todoroki bolted into the living room and opened his laptop.

"What's up?" Kirishima questioned.

"I'm buying a train ticket." Todoroki mumbled as he pulled up the corresponding web site.

"You're going?" Iida asked with urgency. "She just told you to stay safe! You can't go!" Iida yelled.

"Well I am." Todoroki said as he looked up the departure times. The class looked at him silently. They were known for never following the rules, so this didn't surprise anyone at all.

"When does the next train take off?" Kirishima asked as he walked over to Todoroki, glancing at the screen.

"Ten minutes." He replied as he got up and headed for the kitchen.

"Aizawa is going to kill you." Mineta commented as Todoroki slipped on his jacket.

"No, he's going to kill us." Kirishima said as him and Todoroki grabbed their shoes.

"You're going too?" Iida asked with surprise.

"Yes I am." Kirishima replied with coldness in his voice.

"We should really let the pro's handle this!" Iida cried out.

"I'm coming too!" Uraraka said as he rushed for her shoes.

"U-Uraraka?" Iida stuttered.

"I can't just sit here!" Uraraka yelled. "Not when it comes to our friends." She mumbled quietly.

"Bakugo and Midoriya would do the same thing." Kirishima stated quietly while looking around at the class. "Our friends are in trouble." He said as he clenched his fists. "I refuse to sit here and do nothing! That wouldn't make me a hero!" Kirishima yelled with pride.

The class looked to him with sadness. They knew Kirishima was right. That couldn't sit there and do nothing when their friends were in need.

"I agree. Nobody gets left behind." Kaminari said as grabbed his shoes. One by one, the class grabbed their shoes.

"I don't have the money to pay for the train ticket." Kaminari mumbled. "I didn't bring my wallet." He said as they walked out the door.

"Wait, me either!" Sero shouted as he searched his pockets.

"I'll buy everyone's tickets, come on!" Todoroki shouted as he took off at full speed down the street.

"Are we going to make it in time?" Kirishima yelled as he ran along side Todoroki.

"Barely!" Todoroki replied. The class ran in silence as they ran another three minutes. Everyone was out of breath by time they reached their destination.

"I need 18 tickets to Haruki." Todoroki panted as he reached for his credit card. The worker looked at the panting students with curiosity. I mean, they drew a lot of attention. It isn't everyday class 1A runs in and demands train tickets somewhere. Todoroki glanced at his watch as he handed over his credit card. Two minutes. He said to himself. The ticket man worked as fast as he could to get everyone their tickets.

Once everyone had their tickets, they ran down the platform to their designated train. They stepped on the very last car before the door shut. Every student was out of breath as the train took off.

"I-I didn't t-think we w-were going t-to make it." Mineta panted as everyone found a seat.

"Not being in class and doing actual hero training is making us more out of shape everyday." Tokoyami said aloud, also trying to catch his breath.

"Did Mrs. Bakugo give you a credit card?" Kirishima asked as he took the seat next to Todoroki.

"Huh? Oh yeah, but that isn't what I used." Todoroki replied.

"What did you use then?" The red head questioned.

"My dads." Todoroki said coldly, drawing the classes attention.

"H-have you went to see him at all?" Yaoyorozu asked nervously. Everybody had been avoiding the subject of Todoroki's dad. They never knew what Todoroki had went through, they were scared to ask about it.

"No." He spat in return.

"How is it living with the Bakugo family?" Jiro asked. Todoroki couldn't help but smile.

"It's actually good. Inko and Midoriya are currently staying there too because of what happened with Tanaka trashing their apartment." He said with happiness. "Bakugo is a completely different person when Midoriya is around, so it's actually pretty great." Everything he said was true. Ever since his mom left, he never really knew what a family was. He wasn't used to coming home to somebody waiting who cared. Sure at his family home he had his siblings, but it wasn't the same.

"I still can't believe Bakugo and Midoriya are together though." Jiro said aloud.

"Honestly, we weren't sure about it at first either.." Uraraka mumbled. "But seeing them actually be together.. it's different, but a good different. They're actually perfect for each other." Uraraka said with a small smile.

"Why do you say that?" Jiro questioned.

"Bakugo forces Deku to step up more and not be so timid. Meanwhile, Deku calms Bakugo down. They are slowly helping the other become the best version of themselves." She said with a small smile.

"I hope we can actually see that side of them.." Hagakure said sadly as everyone turned to her.

"Ribbit? What do you mean?" Tsu questioned.

"We just don't know if they are going go be okay by time we get there.." Hagakure said in a voice barely above a whisper. The class looked to the ground with sad expressions. They never really thought of the possibilty of them not being alive in the end.

"All we can do is have faith." Iida said with a sad smile. "Bakugo and Midoriya are both incredibly strong. They can get through this." He encouraged.

The rest of the train ride was spent with small chatter about school and gossip. Nobody wanted to talk about the possibility of the boys not being okay anymore. Their hearts couldn't take the heart break of just considering the possibility.
