Catching Up

"Izuku!" Inko exclaimed as she pushed herself into Midoriya's room, followed by Mitsuki and Todoroki. Her heart skipped a beat as she saw her son tracing shapes on a sleeping Bakugo. Tears fell from her eyes as she ran towards the bed. "You're okay baby!" She said happily while grabbing his arm. "I missed you so much Izuku!" She cried tears of happiness.

"I missed you too mom." Midoriya said as tears fell from his eyes. He slowly tried to untangle himself from Bakugo, trying not to wake him. He realized he failed miserably as the blonde slowly sat up, helping Midoriya along the way.

"We made it as soon as we could." Inko cried as she pulled her son into a tight hug.

"Gentle mom!" Midoriya cried in pain. Inko pulled away instantly.

"I'm so sorry." She gasped as she cried more.

"It's okay mom, honest." Midoriya reassured.

"Nice to see you awake brat." Mitsuki said as hugged him gently.

Midoriya showed a soft smile towards the elder blonde. When she pulled away, Todoroki stepped up.

"Guess it's my turn." Todoroki said with a soft smile as he leaned down, wrapping his arms around Midoriya. The green haired man smiled as he leaned into the hug. Kaachan isn't saying anything about Todoroki hugging me? Midoriya questioned as he pulled away.

"Why are you crying old hag?" Bakugo spat towards his mother.

"We've been waiting so long for both of you to be awake." She said with a sad smiled as she wiped her tears away. "It's a dream come true."

"It's a christmas miracle!" Inko cried as she threw herself onto her son once more.

"Mom.." Midoriya's voice trailed off as he consoled his mom. "I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize for anything. I'm just really glad you're okay." His mother said as she pulled away.

"We should probably go talk to the doctor." Mitsuki suggested as she placed a gentle hand on Inko's shoulder. "Bakugo, do you want to come too?" Mitsuki asked her son. Bakugo knew why she wanted the three of them to leave the room. She wanted to give Todoroki the chance to talk to Midoriya about him seeing somebody before he heard it from someone else.

"Whatever." Bakugo spat. He placed a gentle kiss on Midoriya's head before walking out with his mom and god mother.

"Midoriya?" Todoroki questioned as the door shut.

"Y-yeah?"

"How are you feeling?" Todoroki asked with a sad smile.

"Sore, but I'm fine." Midoriya said with a small smile.

"That's good." Todoroki replied as he looked to the floor. They sat in an awkward silence while Todoroki had a mental battle with himself. I can't just come out and say it! He might be mad that while he was in a coma I was out talking to somebody! He just woke up, I don't want upset him. But I have to tell him.. I know him and Bakugo are together, but we did care about each other once upon a time.. but I need to tell him before somebody else does.

"Are you okay Todoroki?" Midoriya asked concerned as he looked to the boy in front of him. "You look like you have something you want to say." He mumbled nervously.

"I'm seeing somebody!" Todoroki shouted as he bowed his head. Midoriya stared at the boy dumbfounded before a big smile sprawled across his face.

"That's great!" Todoroki looked up in shock as he heard the words come from Midoriya's mouth.
