Secrets

The Necklace

"Man, those assignments were brutal." Kirishima whined as he packed up his school work.

"You're telling me." Ashido agreed as she sprawled herself across the floor, exhausted from the four hours of pure homework.

"It does feel good to be caught up though." Iida said with a smile. "I can't believe almost all of us have fallen behind that much." Iida said with a frown.

"I mean.. can you blame us? None of us are really thinking about school." Uraraka said sadly. "Not when the boys aren't even here." She mumbled quietly.

"They will be again." Todoroki said with a smile. "All we can do now is have faith in them." The class sat in silence as they remembered their friends who weren't there with them at that very second.

"I wonder what we would all be doing if Tanaka and Akio never showed up.." Mineta mumbled.

"We would probably all be at the dorms right now complaining about homework and talk about our upcoming winter break." Jiro said with a sad smile.

"It kills me to know that they are with her right now." Kirishima said as he grabbed his necklace from Bakugo. "They should be here with us." He said as he began squeezing the necklace, trying to hold back the tears that were forming in his eyes. "Bakugo should be here yelling at everyone and Midoriya should be trying to calm him down while we all laugh. It's hard to believe it has been a little over three weeks already." He said in anger as he squeezed the necklace tighter.

The class became silent as everyone grew more sad. The red head was right. Two of their friends were probably off being tortured right now instead of with them. It pained the class to even think of what they could be going through.

"If only I got back sooner." Todoroki mumbled to the ground.

"If only we actually checked up on Deku." Uraraka said with tears rolling down her face.

"If only I was faster." Kirishima sighed as he squeezed the necklace as hard as he could. He heard a crack as his hand grew wet. "What the hell?" He exclaimed as he pulled his hand away from his necklace.

"Language!" Iida lectured as Todoroki looked to Kirishima.

"What's wrong?" The bi colored man asked.

"I broke my necklace and it pee'd on me!" Kirishima exlaimed as he unclipped the necklace from behind his head.

"I doubt it actually pee'd on you." Todoroki sighed as he walked to Kirishima. The red head examined the cracked necklace. He thought he saw something inside, but couldn't really tell.

"Hey Todoroki, can you grab me a knife?" Kirishima asked in confusion as he shook the necklace. He was surprised when he heard a rattling noise.

"Yeah." Todoroki said while walking towards the kitchen.

"What's going on?" Uraraka asked as she made her way closer to the red head.

"I think there is something in here." He mumbled while trying to look through the crack again.

"Can't you just use your quirk to bust it open?" Mineta asked from his spot across the room.

"We don't know what's in there." Yaoyorozu said aloud. "We wouldn't want to damage it."

"Here." Todoroki said while handing out a knife to Kirishima.

"Thanks." The red head mumbled as he diligently pried the necklace open. When he got it open a small black square fell out, covered in some kind of liquid.

"What is it?" Uraraka asked curiously.

"I think it's an SD card." Kirishima said while turning it over in his hand.

"I'll be right back!" Todoroki yelled behind him as he ran for the stairs.

"Where did you get that necklace?" Tsu questioned.

"Bakugo." Kirishima replied in disbelief as he dried off the chip.

"I wonder if all of ours has one it it." Kaminari muttered while examining his necklace.

"Why was it wet?" Ashido questioned.

"So Tanaka couldn't hack it." Todoroki breathed out as he set a laptop on the table. He grabbed the HDMI cord from behind the T.V. and immediately hooked it up to the laptop for the whole class to see. "Give me the chip." Todoroki ordered as held out his arm.

Kirishima gently placed the chip in Todoroki's out stretched hand. The class huddled around the T.V. and computer as Todoroki put the chip in. A moment later, a file popped up on the computer from the SD card. Todoroki took a deep breath as he clicked on it. A black screen popped up with the words Hello Kirishima at the top. Right below that, was a password box.

"Password?" Kirishima questioned as he stared at the screen. "I never set one up." He mumbled in confusion.

"Of course you didn't." Todoroki spat. "Bakugo did, so it has to be something he knew you would be able to guess."

"Try shitty hair?" Kirishima questioned to Todoroki. The bi colored man typed in it. When he hit enter, a buzzer rang and a new message popped up. Four tries remaining.

"Try Hardening." Yaoyorozu said from the front of the room. "It's your quirk's name right?" She asked while turning to Kirishima.

"Yeah." Kirishima mumbled as he watched Todoroki type it in. The buzzer went off as a new message appeared. Three tries remaining. Hint- So you want to be a HERO shitty hair?

"It's Red Riot." Kirishima said with urgency. "It has to be." Torokoki quickly type it in and pressed enter. The screen went black for a moment before folders popped up, filled with files.

"What is this?" Uraraka asked with confusion.

"I have no clue." Todoroki mumbled while reading over the folder names. All the folders had the words shared from Bakugo below them. He decided to work from the top to bottom. He clicked on the first folder. As it opened, he saw it only had one document on it. He hesitated before clicking on it.

Hey Shitty Hair,
So if you are reading this then that means something ain't right, or you are an idiot who destroyed the only gift you'll ever receive from me. You'll probably have a million questions since you are an idiot, so I'll do my best to answer them. I bought these in fear of Ayano Tanaka. Yes, I said in fear, get over it. Yes, everyone has one in their necklaces too. Yes, it was covered in water so she wasn't able to hack or sense it. No, nobody knew what was in these. I didn't want anyone to accidentally slip about it and have Tanaka find out. Anyway, everything on here is for you and the class. Hopefully everybody is okay if you are reading this.

"So he knew something like this might happen?" Kirishima asked in disbelief as he finished reading the letter.

"I think so." Todoroki mumbled as he backed out of the file. He moved to the next one down marked medical. He had a hunch of what was in there. He unplugged the HDMI from the laptop to gather everyone's attention.

"What happened?" Sero questioned from the front row by the T.V.

"I will plug it back in in a second. I just needed to say a few things." Todoroki explained. "There might be some upsetting or disturbing things in these files." He explained.

"Why do you say that?" Ashido asked with confusion.

"Because there are some secrets that some of us here know that the rest of you don't." Kirishima mumbled with shame.

"I thought we were done with secrets?" Ashido pouted.

"They weren't our secrets to tell." Todoroki replied. "Bakugo was going to tell everyone eventually.. just in his own time and way." Todoroki said while plugging the cord back in. "Don't get mad at us for not being able to tell you guys Bakugo's secrets. Don't be mad at him for not telling you either." Todoroki said as he clicked on the folder.

The folder contained three files. The first one was marked first hospital visit. The second one  was marked Midoriya's hospital visit. The last one was marked third hospital visit. Todoroki took a deep breath as he clicked the first file. The room filled with gasps as an image of Bakugo in a hospital bed popped up.
