"hey" i smiled getting into olivia's car

"hello" the girls replied, payton got into the car and straight away i rolled my eyes

"what?" he asked, i simply shrugged and faced the other way of the car

"okay?" he said giving me a confused look, i shoved my headphones in and ignored them

"what's up with you?" olivia asked as we pulled up outside of aaliyahs house, i moved into the middle and sighed

"nothing" i said, she nodded and looked up to liyah's

"you good?" payton asked looking down at me

"yes!" i replied, he nodded and looked out of the window

gawd what is it with people

"hey" aaliyah smiled getting in the car

"hi" i mumbled

"hey what's wrong?" she asked

"nothing" i replied, she nodded and shut the door, olivia pulled off and aaliyah took the earphone that wasn't in my ear and put it in hers

"hannah montana soundtrack, really" she laughed

"yes" i said

"why am i not suprised" she replied, i shook my head and laid my head on her shoulder

we arrived at school and we all got out, i walked off and made my way down to my locker

everything seemed so different

"hey hayden right?" someone asked walking up behind me

"yeh" i said turning around to be met with the schools player, zachary

"walk with me?" he asked

"no i'm good" i smiled

"okay then we'll talk here" he replied

"or maybe just not talk to me full stop" i said

"no fun in that" he smirked

"you're not getting in my pants zach" i said

"come on hayden, one night a bit of fun" he said

"can you just like fuck off?" i asked

"not until you agree" he smiled

"she said no, leave it at that" payton said walking over to us

"what are you going to do?" he asked

"i don't know about me, but i know for a full damn fact you are underestimating hayden and she will happily kick you in the balls and she will not stop until you probably can't have kids" he said, true i would

"that pain for her? i'd take it" he nodded, a smirk plastered on his face, he makes me sick

"oh so you're a dick dick great okay okay okay" he said grabbing zach by his collar and pushing him up on the locker

"okay" zach nodded realising the the situation

okay but like that's hot

"okay, so you are going to leave hayden alone wait nope actually no you're going to leave any girl who says no to you alone and your going to keep it at that if not you'll be dealing with me again and to be honestly zach, i don't think you want that" he said slowly and calmly

"what if i don't?" zach replied

"i don't think you want to know" payton smirked pushing harder around his neck, there was now a group around us, mostly zach's jock friends and a few other students and then sophia, aaliyah, olivia and jesse.

"okay big boy, i think you've had enough fun now" i said trying to get payton off of zach

don't get me wrong i would love to see zach get beaten the fuck out of but i don't want payton getting hurt

"listen to your bitch" zach grunted

payton getting hurt? doesn't seem like a problem now

"oh shit" sophia said as jesse pushed past her, he gave payton a look and straight up punched zach round the face, payton joining in after

"you know i have a whole football team who could take you?" zach spat, the boys started walking over when i gave them a look

"charlie, hey you really wanna do that?" i asked him

"you know you're mom will beat your ass" i smirked darting my eyes from charlie to aaliyah

"oh and charlie, i've seen everything, i won't lie to her" aaliyah said, he gave me a glare and stood back, the whole team doing so actually

"okay maybe i don't" zach nodded

"so zach, are you going to leave every girl that says no to you alone?" payton asked, zach didn't say anything and payton pulled him back and pushed him up again the locker again this time a lot lot harder

"yes" he mumbled

"what?" payton asked, a smirk on his face

"yes" zach repeated, he nodded and let go of him

zach gave me a look and then payton, then jesse, then his team

"payton, jesse, hayden, charlie and zach, with me now" the principal called
