a few weeks later
"hayd! aaliyah!" mom called, me and liyah both shared a look before running towards the stairs, me taking first place
"yo sup momma" i smiled as we ran threw the living room and into the hall, she was stood at the front door, it was open and stood outside was everyone
"oooh payton" i said, gently pushing past mom and straight away pulling payton into a hug
"i missed you bubs" he mumbled, his arms wrapped around my waist and i nuzzled my face into the crook of his neck
aaliyah had moved in like two days ago and she's literally the only person i have seen since yesterday
"you were apart what a day" aaliyah sighed
"mhm i know" i said
"they're in love, leave em alone" sophia said
"i'm sorry what?" i asked pulling away from payton and looking up at her
"yeh what?" liv said
"just love it's cute" she smiled walking into the house and down towards the basement
"i didn't not expect that to come out of her mouth" jesse nodded
"yeh you and me both" i mumbled
"are you guys coming or not? she asked turning around and looking at us all
"right yeh" liv nodded also walking into the house, i grabbed ahold of payton's hand and followed back in
"hey" aaliyah mumbled walking over to jesse, he wrapped an arm around her and they both walked slowly behind me and payton
"oh my fucking god it looks so good down here" liv laughed as she carried on walking down the stairs to the basement
"i actually give full credit to hayden, she's good at what she does" aaliyah said
"that's true" payton nodded, we walked down the stairs and i straight away dragged payton over to my bed, he sat behind me, his arms were wrapped around my waist and i was leaned up against him
"you two are extra" sophia laughed as she looked around
"we know" liv laughed as she also looked around
"we've started a picture wall thing" liyah nodded
"ooh yeh, under the stairs" i said
"i see me" sophia said
"well duh" i replied
"i see a lot of shawn mendes" liv laughed
"what'd you expect, it's hayden and aaliyahs room the walls are bound to be covered in harry styles and shawn mendes photos by the end of the week" sophia said
"true" aaliyah mumbled
"i can't believe it" liv mumbled, standing up and walking into the middle of the room, she sat down and sophia sat besides her
"can't believe what?" liyah asked
"i don't actually know" she mumbled
"i feel like something's coming to an end" she added
"everyone's happy, aaliyah's actually here, aaliyah and jesse, hayden and payton, hayden full stop she's happy, which makes me happy and then sophia whose just always happy when hayden's happy and just everything's okay" she nodded
"nothings coming to an end" sophia said
"but it's like a perfect ending to a story" liv said
"a happy ending if you suppose" she shrugged
"happy endings aren't real" liyah said
"sure they are" sophia said
"mhm yeh happy endings are for sure real" payton nodded, a small smile was plastered on my face and i looked down and gently rubbed the back of his hand with my thumb
"and this, this just seems like a happy ending" liv shrugged
"i suppose it does" jesse mumbled, he was laid down on aaliyahs bed and she was sat down besides him, they were cute together.
i looked up to payton, he gave me a soft smile and he gently kissed my lips
"i love you" i smiled
"i love you" he replied, once again giving me the same smile
