"i've got ten missed calls from jesse, seven from olivia, four from sophia and twenty two from aaliyah" i mumbled showing payton my phone, i then clicked on aaliyahs name and rung her back
"seven from jesse, eight from olivia, twelve from sophia and two from aaliyah" he replied
"finally you answered!" she sighed answering the phone
"i rang you, you answered the phone" i replied
"you with payton?" she asked
"yeh we're down at the beach, why what's up, why so many calls?" i asked
"shit went down" she nodded
"with who?" i asked, payton gave me a confused look and i put the phone on speaker
"me, olivia, charlie, jesse, sophia" she shrugged
"let me guess" i mumbled
"charlie and olivia" i said
"yep" she sniffled
"what actually happened?" i asked sitting down, payton sitting besides me
"so once you and payton left i went upstairs to look for olivia to tell her what had happened, i noticed i hadn't seen charlie either, so i went up into his room and my eyes, they need holy water" she explained
"sophia obviously took her side, jesse obviously took mine" she added
"how'd i know this was going to happen tonight" i mumbled
"i just i don't even know hayd, it angers me" she said
"i would be the same if it was one of the boys with tristan" i replied
"you have every right to be, shes your friend not his" i added
"at the end of the day he's just using her" i said
"i said that!" she replied
"what's the deal now? where is everyone?" i asked
"jesses besides me, sophia and olivia left, just a few people downstairs helping clean up
"want us to come?" i asked
"us?" he asked
"me and payton" i said in a duh tone
"sure" she said
"okay where coming now" i smiled getting back up and pulling payton up
"tristan and ashton are still here, they said what you said" she laughed
"what'd sophia say?" payton asked
"not much, just that she's going with olivia" aaliyah replied
"you're on my side right?" she asked
"i'm not taking sides liyah you know that" i replied
"payton?" she said
"i'm not taking sides" he replied
"but i do understand where you're coming from" he added
"but i'm not getting in the middle of girl drama" he finished, i shook my head and we walked down the road
"just coming down your road now" i said
"okay, bye" she said hanging up
"how weird" i mumbled
"we were litreally speaking about it as it happened" he said
"wack" i said, he grabbed ahold of my hand and gave me a smile
"you like my hand don't you" i smiled
"mhm" he said, i shook my head and made our way up to liyah's
