"your dad is so mad at you" mom sighed as i walked into the lounge
"oh that's a shame" i sarcastically replied, she let out a laugh and gave me a look
"graysun's flight gets here at one" she nodded
"wait he's actually coming?" i asked
"yeh he's on the plane now" she replied
"you wanna come with me to get him?" she asked
"sure" i said
"we'll leave at midnight" she nodded
"what time is it?" i asked
"half ten" sophia said
"shit i was suppose to be in at ten" aaliyah said
"i can take you" sophia nodded
"thanks let's go" she said grabbing her hand and pulling her out to the hallway
"bye!" i called
"bye guys" aaliyah replied
"yeh bye!" sophia said, i shook my head and walked into the kitchen
"you want me to go home?" payton asked, i shook my head no and and opened the fridge
"are the girls coming?" i asked
"well tristans at ethans and ashtons at jaydens so no" she replied
"paytons coming then" i nodded
"oh he's going to be staying with us until your dads sorted his house out" she said
"in the basement" i asked
"yep" she answered
"i'm excited to meet him" she added
"like get to know him" she said
"he's just like me mom, you're going to love him" i said
"i already do" she smiled
"are you okay with it all though?" she asked
"of course, i've always wanted a real brother" i replied
"i'm so glad" i nodded
"i don't know why we didn't tell you" she sighed
"it's good, you had a reason then it doesn't matter now, like you said we'll meet again one day and we did" i said, she gave me a smile and pulled me into a hug

"i love you too hayden" she replied
"you really have changed her huh" mom smiled looking over at payton
"ehhh" he laughed
"for the best of course" she added, i pulled out of the hug and gave her a look
"i love it!" she said
"mmm" i mumbled walking over to payton, he wrapped his arm around me and pulled me into his chest
"you know i got a friend request on face book the other day" mom said
"you did? from who?" i asked, i don't actually care but i love my mom so i won't tell her that
"alice" she said
"as in alice alice?" i asked, now i cared
"yeh i accepted it, she messaged me" she replied
"what'd she say?" i asked
"she's coming to town soon, she wants to meet up" she answered
"i-i-uh-b-brandon's not coming back right" i said, payton's tightened his grip and pulled me closer
"i don't know" she shrugged
"me and tristan went on a stalk, they do live in washington" she nodded
"you know if he comes back i have no choice but to run away" i said
"i wouldn't let him near you hayd" she replied
"nor will i" payton smiled
"i wouldn't let the girls near him either especially sophia" mom said
"oh sophia could happily kill him" payton nodded
"she once chased me round the house, kicked me to the floor and then tried to strangle me" he added
"wait that was only last year" i said
"i remember her telling me" i laughed
"what did you do?" i asked
"did you know that girl serenity" he said
"serenity ahh i forgot about her" i laughed
"i called her weird and like she nearly killed me" he said
"she was weird" mom mumbled
"she was a sociopath" i said
"she found out every social media i had" he laughed
"same here" i said
"weird" we mumbled at the same time
