"zach was pressuring me and well payton told him to fuck off and he didn't listen so he hurted him and then zach called me bitch so jesse hurted him and then payton hurted him again and then charlie was going to hurted them both so like i was like yo charlie your parents wouldn't like that and then aaliyah was like yeh and i'll tell them everything" i explained

"that's what tristan said happened" she nodded

"you spoke to tris?" i asked

"yeh she rung me before the school did" she replied

"she was there?" i asked

"and ashton" she said

"you two okay though, didn't get hurt?" mom asked looking at both the boys in the back

"nope we good" payton said

"oh thanks for like helping me" i smiled

"hate to think what would have happened if you like weren't there" i shrugged

"probably what i said would happen, you'd have kicked him in the balls so many times he wouldn't be able to have kids" he nodded

"how come you got secluded?" she asked

"i don't know but i'm not mad, no school for a two weeks, hell yeah" i said, she shook her head and pulled up to jesse's

"thanks harley" he smiled getting out of the car and walking round to her side of the car

"more than welcome, tell your mom i said hi" she replied

"will do, bye guys" he smiled walking up to his house

"thanks for looking out for her" mom smiled looking back at payton

"honestly i was in a shit mood this morning and i'm suprised he followed me" i shrugged

"you know you still have to go out with your dad tonight" she said

"can't you just tell him i got secluded and grounded" i whined

"no" she replied

"gawd okay" i sighed

"as long as payton can stay round tonight" i said

"i could come to terms with that" she replied

"okay payton your staying at mine tonight" i smiled

"i can hear your conversation you know" he said

"i know" i replied

"you coming in with us or you going home?" i asked

"i'll go home and persuade my mom not to ground me then i'll be round once your finished with your dad and the girls" he said

"okay okay" i replied, we pulled up outside of the house we all got out

"thank youuuuu" i smiled pulling payton into hug

"don't mention it" he chucked wrapping his arms around my waist
