"hey harley" aaliyah smiled walking into the house

"hey liy" mom replied
"so you gonna tell me what happened the other day with mom or not?" she asked, i got up from the couch and made my way into the kitchen where mom and liyah were stood
"hayden my bestest friend" she smiled walking over to me, she grabbed my arm and lifted it over her shoulder
"nope" mom smiled
"that's so rude" she pouted
"where's payton?" she asked turning and looking at me
"uh at sophia's" i nodded
"family thing?" she asked
"i'm guessing so" i replied
"fair enough" she said
"i love that you're here but why" i said
"olivia was round" she replied, a disgusted look on her face
"sophia said there was a family thing so i couldn't go to hers and ashton's round jesse's and you know one girl friend at a time rule" she nodded
"but ash and jayden aren't together" i said
"eh i don't know but there's something going on" she shrugged
"oh alright" i nodded
"if aaliyah was to move in, what would you do?" mom asked
"what do you mean?" i replied
"well there's no spare rooms" she shrugged
"oh we were talking about this the other day" i said
"we?" aaliyah asked
"me, payton and trist" i nodded
"we could split the basement" i shrugged
"wait i want that" aaliyah mumbled
"what happens if you're in an argument" mom added
"this is me and hayden, we've never had an argument" aaliyah said
"it might happen" she shrugged
"well my room will still be up there and payton's is across the road" i added
"i swear to god if i move in and payton's round before we've watched all four shrek films i will cause a fit" liyah said looking at me
"dude i'm not going to see him for like a week, i'm spending every day with you" i laughed
"yeh like that's true" mom scoffed
"true i'm to attached to let him leave" i nodded
"we know" aaliyah said
"don't tell your mom i said but i think it will be a yes" mom smiled
"don't mess with my feelings mom" i said
"we're currently talking about how long etc" she nodded
"it's not permanent, like a year" she added
"but it's a ninety percent change it's a yes" she said
"i'm going to scream" aaliyah laughed
"please dont" i replied
"okay i won't but i'm hugging you" she said quickly pulling me into a hug
"huuuh lets go sort the basement out!" we said at the same time making mom laugh, we shared and look and raced across the living room, meeting at the basement door
