"Good morning, Nicky," Savannah grinned as she stopped beside Nick's desk the next morning. She tilted her head to the side slightly as he looked up at her. "Would you like a good morning kiss?"

Nick paused. Was this a trick? "On the... cheek?"

Savannah giggled and bent down, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "No, silly."

Nick let out a sigh when she pulled away and moved to sit in her seat. "Okay, good."

"So I was thinking..." Savannah trailed off, dragging her chair closer to Nick's. He turned to face her, giving her his full attention. "I never said this yesterday, and I think that you should know."

He furrowed his brows, "What?"

She grinned, "I really like you."

"Oh. I thought it was going to be something bad." He smiled down at her gently, "I really like you too."

Savannah squealed, reaching out to poke his cheeks, "This is why you should smile more! I never even knew you had dimples!"

Nick only shrugged, "My life at home hasn't been that great for a while now, and school doesn't really make me that happy. I haven't really had much of a reason to smile."

"Well, now you do. Nicky, I want to be your girlfriend."
