THE NEXT DAY
"So let me get this straight." Seliel folded her arms, "Someone's made a hitlist for us and posted it online."
Morro nodded, "Yeah."
Zane frowned, "And we're all worth millions?"
"Yup."
"And we only have half the list?" Jay confirmed. Morro shook his head, "Less than half. I'd say...a third? Quarter? But we need to find the password, in order to break the code." He pulled out a laptop, "This was dropped off outside the school this morning. When you turn it on, the hitlist's there, but only the first little bit. There's an option for a key, but we need to find out what it is. Any ideas?"
Skylor shrugged, "Do we get a limited amount of guesses? Pix, can you analyse?" Pixal scanned the laptop, "It seems infinite. Let's try it." Lloyd took the laptop, and placed it on his lap. Kai whistled before snapping his fingers, "Try...Elements."

Cole shut her up, "Okay, 'Powers' is off the table. Maybe it's something to do with...an elemental master in particular? Who would have made this list?" Lloyd frowned, "The laptop. Did it come with a note or something?"
"Just this briefcase. Didn't check it through." Morro passed it to him and he whipped open the lid, searching each pocket thoroughly, before noticing something, "Does anyone recognise this?" He asked, holding it up. Skylor took it, "Let me see that." Narrowing her eyes, she peered at it, before glancing up, "This was the Chen family crest." On the bottom of the briefcase, a jade blade was embroidered onto the leather.
"So...is it Chen?" Jay asked. Skylor shook her head, "No. This used to be the family crest...when my mother was still around. After she died, my dad changed it to a serpent." Zane snapped his fingers, "Then we make guesses based on her. What was her favourite food? When did she die?"
"Um...she liked noodles...she died when I was ten."

Morro scratched the back of his neck, "What if it's about the two of you? We should be trying guesses about the both of you? W-Were there any activities you both did together?"
"Every Saturday, she'd take me out of school and we'd go and get noodles and bubble tea."

Nya stared at the hitlist, "Any books in particular?" Skylor nodded, "The Little Mermaid. I loved that book." Seliel grabbed the laptop.

Blinking, they grinned, as the code switched to names. Zane had been analysing the briefcase when he'd come across something, "Look!"
Skylor peered at the stitching. In small letters, a message had been embroidered.

Zane frowned upon it, "If I am correct, that was supposed to be a clue. If only we could've stumbled upon it earlier." Cole scrunched his nose, "How? The writing's tiny!" The next section loaded up, with the next line of code. Grinning, they printed it out. But, there was a slight change in the code.

Some parts of the code were underlined. Nya peered at them, "Get me a pen and a pad." Both items were handed to her as she scrawled down the words messily:

It didn't make sense. Lloyd stared at the screen, "What if this is the next clue? We're supposed to rearrange the words to figure out the next key, to figure out the third set of names?" Skylor whistled, "Damn, I'm worth 10 thousand!"
"Actually, it's in millions." Morro corrected her. Nya studied the words, "Some had commas next to them, so that helps." Jay knelt down next to her, "It sounds like the summary for a movie that was on Netflix." He stated. Nya frowned, "I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives Inside The House?"
"Yeah. I watched it with my Mom months ago."
"I watched it with Kai before. If I'm correct, this translates to..." She hurriedly scribbled down words.
