Right now Lily and I walked into potions class. Everyone was standing up not at desks. We stood by everyone muttering why we weren't allowed to sit. Then Slughorn spoke "Alright class. So this year we start brewing potions. So you need partners. Once you hit seventh year you pick your own but for fifth and sixth I chose. And if everyone comes back next year. You'll have the same partner." He explains we all groan I was hoping Lily and I can be partners "so I'll start naming off people point from the desk you will sit at. Peter Pettigrew and Sirius Black, Narcissa Black and Lucius Malfoy, James Potter and Lily Evens, Amos Diggory and Severus Snape Alice Ravenwood and Frank Longbottom. Finally Remus Lupin and Anika Course." Slughorn said. I really didn't mind being paired with Remus but I felt so bad for Lily "Why me" she whined I rubbed her back taking a seat next to James. I took my seat with Remus. I smiled at him. "Hello again" he said "Hi Lupin". Slughorn gave us some seat work to do. It was just some basic safety measures to make sure nothing goes wrong. Remus and I were working on it together but I looked up and saw James trying to put his arm around Lily but she pushed him off "Stop it Potter" she yelled "Mr.Potter and Miss.Evens. Get back to work and 5 points each form Gryffindor". "You wish you were other wry don't you" Remus asked me snapping my away form my thoughts "Yeah a bit but your just as good partner." I smile "You probably want to be with James, right" he shook his head no "Are you kidding. He barley does work" i laugh a bit. Out fo all the Marauders Remus is the most bearable. Sirius is all about him, James is hopelessly in love Lily and can be quite annoying and Peter clings to them all the time. He follows them like a lost dog. "Alright class. I suggest you and your partners meet in the loaner after classes today to study a bit more. We will be starting with the fraught of peace" Slughorn dismisses us.
