Chapter 18

(Draco was crying, thinking of a way to get through it, but nothing...He never thought Pansy would do that... destroy what was most important to him in the world. So he made his decision. To protect you, he'll spend the rest of his time with you and leave you in two days, just like Pansy said.  Draco went to the bathroom, washed his face and putted a fake smile on his face. He entered Gryffindor's common room, where everyone was waiting for him happily, feeling the spirit of Christmas... but no one had the slightest idea what Draco was going through right now. Misery, shame, pain, etc.  You runned up to your boyfriend and rapped your hands around his neck tight with a wide smile on your face, that maked his heart even more painfull.)

You: Merry Christmas love... 

Draco: Merry Christmas darling.
(He said trying to fake a smile.  You pulled his hand and seated near the Christmas tree. )

You: Guys, lets open the presents!
(You said happilly.  You gave Draco his present and he smiled at you unpacking it lightly. When he saw the present, his eyes watered, and he struggled not to shed any tears. )

You: Hey, are you ok?
(You said looking intensly at him, you noticed he was sad, more like broken... )

Draco: It's wonderful, I don't want to lose you, I love you...
(You hugged him tight, never wanting to let go. )

You: I love you too, you won't ever lose me, I promise.
( 'I will have to break your promise soon, baby' he said into his mind saddly.  The rest of the evening was wonderful for everyone, except Draco who couldn't stop thinking about what would happen in two days... his heart would break when he thought about it... that he would break your heart too.  Soon, you two were left alone, watching the fire that warmed your souls. )

Draco: We should get to our dorm, it's late...

You: Yeah, lets go.
(You said as you looked at him suspiciously.  You entered your room, and after you had a shower, you took Draco's hand and looked at him almost sad. )

You: Baby, tell me what's wrong. 

Draco: What do you mean?
(He said as he hesitaded to look into your eyes. )

You: You know I can see right through you...something's up. 

Draco: It's nothing Y/n, now...
(He said as he placed himself on top of you, into your bed. Less talking now...(He said and he placed his finger on your soft lips.

(He kissed you, but it was a long, pasionate kiss, different as the others...it maked you feel like it was going to be the last one. After a few more minutes of kissing, you feel asleep on his chest, with his hand rapped around you.  Draco was the first who woke up, you were still sleeping on his chest, he was playing with your smooth hair. He stared at you for a long time, trying to hold his tears back, as he looked back at the ceiling. He wanted to stay like that forever, protecting you in his arms, never wanting to let go. )

You: Morning. (You said lightly staring at his beautiful eyes. He kissed you lightly on your lips. )

Draco: Morning love. Lets go have breakfast.

You: Ok. 
(You got dressend and entered in the Great Hall holding hands, Draco's eyes imediatelly meeting Pansy's eyes. He looked at her as she was laughing and clapping her hands in amazement.  Draco took a sit near you as you both had breakfast without saying a word. )

You: You are suspiciously quiet...you know you can tell me what's bothering you, right? 

Draco: I know...I am perfectly fine. 
('If it would be that easy I would say it my love...' he said into his mind. )
