****Hayley's POV****
It's been about two weeks now. That day that I came home to my dad with a broken ankle wasn't a pretty one. He was pretty ticked off at me for being so careless, and was mad a Jeremy for letting me jump off a cliff in the first place. He seemed to be mad at everyone except... Taylor. For somehow 'taking care for me' Which pissed me off. He's supposed to be mad at everyone, why does he make an exception for the annoying flirty Taylor? Though these past few weeks he's been less annoying, he still flirts which I hate. We do indeed have a lot in common but it doesn't mean I want to be with him. Why can't he get that through his thick skull.

Though the past few weeks hes actually talked to me more than just flirt. He even played guitar for me while I waited for the doctor. We haven't had a full conversation like human beings but I'm hoping we will. I don't know why but I feel like I need to know him. He keeps showing up in my life so it's a sign right? Probably not. It's just coincidence.

"Hayley the doc called, it's time for your appointment." My dad said walking into my room.
I nodded and got up with my crunches, sighing. My ankle was ok now, well not ok but better. My dad helped me as I walked down the stairs carefully. Soon, we were in the car and driving away to The York's. Taylor's parents were nice, the one time I met them; they never seemed to be around. Justin was a real douchebag. And I don't mean in a Taylor way I mean the kind that I wouldn't think twice about punching in the face. He thinks he's all that because he's rich. Oli or 'Oliver' seems quiet, which can be scary because you never know what he's thinking. It's strange.. Why does he live with the York's? He doesn't look like them at all.. He has a thick british accent.. Maybe he's a transfer student? Talking about students.. School starts soon... Uuughhhh.

"We're here" my dad said smiling. He parked in front of their huge front porch with a garden all around, and helped me get out.
"Be nice" he said kissing my forehead.
"I'll try."
"I mean it. These people are taking care of you for free." He said smiling.
I laughed as he nodded and waved goodbye, getting into his car.
Well here goes nothing.

I wiggled up their stairs and knocked on the door.
Their butler John opened up, he wasn't really a butler but he was always around serving. He was more like a family friend looking for some money.
"Welcome Hayley. Ready for the Doc?" he asked.

I nodded and smiled hopping in. I walked around the halls with my crutches and found the room. I knew my way around after a few weeks of visiting.
I opened the door ready to hear the Doc's voice but I didn't. I heard Taylor's.

"Sorry. The Doctors not here yet." He said looking outside by a window.

"But he just called me for an appointment.." I said.
"I called. He didn't. He doesn't get here until tomorrow." Taylor said turning to me.
"Then what do you want. I could be hanging out with my friends right now but instead I'm here; stuck with you." I said crossing my arms as best as I could.

He smirked and got up, "look I know we got off on the wrong foot." He looked down at my ankle and laughed. Oh what a pun, I couldn't help but let out a little chuckled before quickly saying, "yeah no kidding."

"Well.. I wanted to fix it." He said shrugging.
"Fix it?" This guy must be joking. All he's done is be a flirtatious joke.
"Well yeah. I mean... I know I flirt a lot but I guess now it's time to actually do something with it." He laughed getting closer to me.
I bit my lip,
"O-okay..?" I said, "what are you getting at?"

He smiled and put on his beanie,
"I was wondering if you'd like to spend a day with me."
I frowned. Why did he all of a sudden want to spend time with me? And not in a flirtatious way Im guessing because this time he actually acted kind. I guess I could give him a chance.

I looked down and back up at him. "Are you asking me out on a date?" I wanted to know what were the boundaries in this little hang out. He better not make a move on me.
