" On my command! "

AS OLIVIA AND EDMUND rushed back inside the castle, they saw mass chaos. Peter was rushing from side-to-side in his silver armour. Lucy was going to the underground bunker, where she would stay safe with Mr Tumnus, the Beavers, and Piple the Badger. Susan was ready to go to battle, leading the troops in their proper position for the fight.

Olivia and Edmund were holding hands without even realising, they looked at each other, before Olivia cupped his cheeks with both hands and whispered:

" Don't die. " - She kissed his cheek, before running away to get herself in proper armour. Edmund stayed there, staring at the brunette as she ran while his hand was on his cheek, remembering the feeling of her lips on his skin. He wanted more. It took him five seconds to snap back to reality, and get to action.

The boy ran, and got himself in armour in less than 1 minute. Before they knew it, Olivia, Edmund and Peter were on the front line on the battle, while Susan was on the back lined up with the archers.

The army of Zartar, the opposing kingdom responsible for the alleged attack, was standing there, waiting. Peter stood a white flag, and he started walking forward with Ed and Olivia by his sides, while the rest of the Narnians and Susan stayed back.

The king of Zartar, along with a young woman, his daughter, raised another white flag and started walking towards the monarchs of Narnia. They met in the middle of the battlefield, with no intentions of killing at the moment.

" What are you doing? " - Asked Peter, cutting through the thick tension in the air with his words.

The man with the long and black beard chuckled, smirking as he answered the high king of Narnia.

" Haven't you read your history, boy? " - He laughed, but his daughter remained stoic by his side. - " Zartar was one of Narnia's allies during the time where Jadis ruled. The two kingdoms were in a perfect relationship, but you kids just had to ruin it all, eh? A country with such a big potential. " - He ran his hand through his chin ( at least Olivia thought it was his chin, though she couldn't quite tell by the long beard. )

" I sided with Jadis, and now, I destroy you. " - He stated simply. Olivia felt her jaw clench, and she unsheathed her spear in a quick motion.

The princess of Zartar unsheathed her sword, aiming it at Olivia's throat.

" Easy there, young queen. White flag, remember? " - She smirked, breaking from her emotionless face.

" You better get that sword away from my neck before I set you on fire. " - Olivia threatened, making the red haired princess slowly sheath back her sword, while Olivia placed her spear back on her saddle safely.

" Ah, yes, I haven't properly introduced my daughter. " - the king smirked. - " This is Gally. "

" Let's cut to the chase. " - Started Peter. - " We don't want a war. I'm sorry about everything with Jadis, but we had no other choice. The folk counted on us. We may be trying to avoid wars, but that doesn't mean we won't defend ourselves. " - He clutched his face in anger.

The king only chuckled. - " This conversation is over. " - He lifted his sword up in the air, and started heading towards his troops as the men of Zartar cheered.

" Prepare! " - Yelled Peter, making the first line shift into shields. Edmund, Peter and Olivia started walking back, where they were back on the front line of the battle.

" Ollie! " - Called Susan. She tilted her head to the side and lifted her brows. Olivia signed, before shaking her head. Susan placed her hand on her forehead, before redrawing her focus back to battle.

Edmund and Peter unsheathed their swords at the same time, getting ready for battle. Olivia and Peter had a short discussion on the way, and it was decided that Olivia had the lead for this battle.

The girl was quite the strategist, and had a few brilliant ideas that placed the battle in favour of Narnia.

" Underground, get ready! " - She yelled, and all animals that had underground access dug their ways down. The badgers started to create a natural barrier on the walls of Cair Paravel at the command.

" Archers, position! " - She yelled again, and all the archers placed their arrows on their bows and positioned themselves.

" On her command! " - Yelled Peter and Edmund, helping the troops on their assigned positions.

" On my command! " - Yelled Olivia as she raised her sword.

The army from Zartar was reading their catapults, their army completely consisted of humans, which meant there was no air advantage or underground. Narnia had the upper hand.

" Archers, fire! " - She yelled as the men started reading their catapults. The command was to kill the front line of the army, but they were quick enough to ready their shield in front of them, which was exactly what she wanted.

" Underground, now! " - The animals that started appearing around the battlefield caught the army of Zartar on surprise, as they were paying attention to the arrows, and not to the ground.

Zartar already had a significant loss of numbers in their army, due to the fact that they could only focus on one thing, and it was either the arrows, or the animals.

Olivia smirked, looking at the defeated face of the king. But the princess wasn't looking defeated, in fact, she had hatred in her face. Anger boiling in her blood. The girl yelled something Olivia couldn't distinguish, and took a few steps forward. One part of the army blocked the arrows by putting their shields up, while others started killing the animals.

The princess of Zartar was in command of the army. But Olivia could play this game. She also took a few steps forward, and finally began her plan to win this battle.

" Archers, cease fire! " - And the last wave of arrows fell. The red haired princess waved her hand, and the shields fell forward. The front line positioned themselves in an old and traditional form of defence, where they placed the shields around the edges of the army while slowly coming forward.

" Gryphons, drop! " - Olivia raised her spear, and the many gryphons started flying, dropping rocks on any kind of breach they could find.

The princess pointed her sword to the catapults, and Olivia immediately understood.

" Giants, now! " - She yelled, as the giants started coming from the back of the narnians, stepping towards the army. They stomped on each catapult, killing a few other soldiers.

Their army had no chance. Olivia was almost done, without even moving the front line. She thought she had won, but a false movement of the princess caught her undone.

She touched her sword on the giant, and he froze, becoming a block of ice. Just like Oreius during the battle against the white witch. Just like she did.

Just like that, Peter's mouth hung open, Edmund's eyes widened, and Olivia's jaw clenched.

" She's the witch's daughter. "
