A month. The Sprite who was now officially a young adult finally finished his second training after only a month.

Maybe because this time, Leifen wasn't completely clueless about his race so his studies went smoothly. But of course, part of the reason was also because he had excellent teachers.

(A/N: Let's face it, anyone taught by both Eruhaben-nim and Duke Fredo would probably ascend to the heavens with a single leap unless they don't have any brains at all.)

  "I'll visit again sometimes Teach!"

The now black haired, gold eyed 19 years old Sprite beamed brightly at the handsome grey haired man standing in front of him. The said man has a small but warm smile in his face, his purple eyes filled with genuine kindness.

"Hmm. Then, I'll make sure to prepare the best pastries to welcome your visit."

Leifen visibly brightened at the mention of such delicious treats. Admittedly, the sweets prepared by the Duke really was incomparably more delicious than any he had eaten before.

But of course he can never mention that in front of his Princey. Unless he wanted a green quarter dark elf as his new Princey. All readers knew just how much the crown prince minded the fact that Duke Fredo's cookies were more delicious than what he prepared.

"You promise okay Teach? No take backs!"

With a unprecedentedly bright smile, Leifen swiftly flew away using his two pairs of almost transparent insect like wings. Not giving any chance for the old vampire Dike to change his mind.

Meanwhile, the said Duke simply shook his head with a small smile of defeat. Lamenting the fact that his little prince never really change his willful habit and yet extremely fond of this said habit deep in his heart.

Leifen, who was flying away cheekily, couldn't help but smile to himself. This past month was short but memorable for him.

'Surprisingly, black hair suits my gold eyes very much.'

Leifen thought to himself while flying. About three days ago, his appearance once again changed. This time, it was a sign that his training was successful so he returned to his original form.

However, instead of turning back to green, his hair actually retained its black color. This made the Sprite realize that, everytime he would enter his "growth phase", his original form would change accordingly.

This time, due to his newly added darkness attributes, the change was his black hair.

'Fortunately, my favorite golden eyes aren't replaced.'

Leifen heaved a huge sigh of relief before continuing on his way.

The Eastern Continent was ruled mostly by the Mercenary Guild, it was a commonly known fact written in the novel. If Merchants ran rampant in the West, then Mercenaries ruled the East.

Or at least that's how Leifen understand it based on what's written in the novel.

However, to his surprise, there was actually a merchant here who even Mercenaries wouldn't dare to provoke. In fact, even the Mercenary King, who was one of the well known characters in the novel, himself actually paid his respect to this merchant.

Landing in front of an inconspicuous looking, two storey shop, Leifen couldn't help but sigh in relief. The shop gave a very dilapidated vibe but it looked rather cozy..

  'His taste really is good.'

Ignoring the simple exterior of the shop, Leifen directly entered. Immediately after opening the door, the soft chimes of bells sounded throughout the shop.
