14 Emma

The next day I change into my clothes that I always wore in Neverland then I went back to the station, Emma and Elsa were already there looking up stuff about the spell. I walked over to Elsa and looked over her shoulder, soon Emma came over and put a book in front of us.

"Belle found something in here. A spell. It may be able to work against the Snow Queen." Emma said.

"You don't mean kill her?" Elsa asked.

"No, no one's killing anyone. It'll just neutralize her powers. Maybe."

"Maybe?" I ask.

"Do you have a better idea." Emma says.

Before I can respond Elsa speaks to Emma."Can you read this?"

"Elvish? No, I didn't even see the Lord of the Rings." Emma jokes.

"I read it." I say not helping.

Emma sees the look of confusion on Elsa. "Nevermind. Belle translated it. It tells us how to enact the spell." Emma hands a piece of paper to Elsa.

"With both hands, hold the candle and then use your magic to light it. And then when you blow on it..."

"Then bam! She's right back to selling ice cream. My guess is business will be down." Emma interrupts Elsa.

"Maybe without her powers, we can talk to her. We can find Anna. We can get some real answers." Elsa hopefully says.

"Does your sister have magic?" Emma asks.

"No. I think that's why the Snow Queen's so interested in you. Does anyone in your family have magic?" Elsa asks as her and Emma stand up with the candle and I sit on the desk watching.

"No."

"It's hard when they look at you differently, isn't it?"

"They don't." Emma shrugs.

"You're lucky." Elsa smiles and hands the candle to Emma. "Ok, should we try this?"

Elsa steps back and Emma held out the candle, a small flame appeared and Emma blew on it. It got bigger and closer to Elsa but just as it was about to touch her the flame went out.

"I'm sorry. Should we try again?" Elsa offered.

"Later. I have to meet Mary Margaret. I'm supposed to babysit tonight." Emma said putting the candle down.

"Life goes on." Elsa said.

"Uh I have to go to." I jump off of the desk and quickly walk out. I go to Granny's and lock myself in my room. I go over to the window and very quickly the window swag open and in came my shadow.

I asked it about Neverland and most importantly
Jane, I miss her so much.

"And what does the Savior and the others think about me? I know you've been watching." I ask last.

"They don't fully trust you except for Hook." It says, I nod and it flies off.

Not long after I get a call on a Phone that I recently got, they captured the Snow Queen and she left the Mirror in the clock tower as Emma was questioning the Snow Queen alone. Instantly I decided to go to the station. I quickly go over but when I arrive there was ice on the door. I hear footsteps behind me and I spin around to see Hook, David, Belle and Elsa. David and Belle run to the iced door trying to pull on it as David calls Emma's name.

"What's going on?" I ask confused.

"The Mirror was a fake, Emma's in trouble." Hook tells me.

After the door is proved useless the others decided to go to Gold's shop to get his help, which I thought was a smart idea for me to stay behind.

I rest my back against the cold iced over door waiting for their return. Suddenly I hear a loud smash coming from the side of the building I get up and run over. I see Emma step out of a big hole in the wall as bricks and parts of the wall littered the floor.

    "Emma! Are you all right?" David yells behind me as him and the others run forward, Emma turns to face us.

    "We were so worried." Snow says a little out of breath.

    "Wait!" Emmy warns everyone.

I watch as Mr. Gold trails behind everyone else.

    "Swan, what did that monster do to the sheriffs station?" Hook asks Emma and I turn my attention back to her.

    "The monster who did this was not the Snow Queen. It was me." Emma says briefly looking at her hands.

    "What?" David muttered.

Him and Hook start to approach Emma, she quickly backs up.

    "Just keep your distance. I don't know if I can control myself. I don't want to hurt anyone." Emma turns around and walks away.

Hook runs after her. "Swan!"

    "You should heed her words." I hear Rumple say.

    "Emma, we can help." Elsa offers.

    "Just stay away." Just then Hook grabs her arm. "Let me go!" Emma yells and she spins around swinging her hand in the air. The lights crackle and burn out as the street light falls towards Hook. David quickly rushes forward and shoves him out of the way and the light hits him.

    "David!" Snow screams and runs forward, helping David up, who is clearly in pain. "Emma! Emma... Emma, wait. No, please, come back!"
And with that Emma runs to her car and drives off.
After that we all go looking even as it starts to grow dark. After many hours of searching everyone except for me went to Snow's place but I just went to Granny's and continued searching for Emma. I was deep in the woods when I see her, I walk over to her and when I was a couple feet away when I spoke.

    "Emma?"

She turned around startled.

    "(Y/n), stay away please. I already hurt Henry." She warned.

    "Emma I just want to help you." I say walking closer. "Emma just listen, I understand."

    "No you don't!" Emma yell's and she shoots a blast of magic at me. I close my eyes and hold my hand out in front of my face. When I open my I see Emma flung across the ground, just like Henry.

I sigh and look at her as she gets to her feet recovering from what I, or really she did. "I wanted to help." I turn around and walk away. "Oh, and Emma, you'll never be able to control it if you are scared, you have to accept it as a part of you."
I leave Emma alone in the woods. I go back to Granny's and talk to my shadow and it tells me about Jane. At some point my Phone went went wild ringing, and I just ignored it. The last call left a frantic message from Hook.

   "(Y/n)! Gold is ..." I deleted it before he could finish.

    "They can solve their own problem with Emma. It doesn't concern me." I say mainly to myself and also my shadow.

Soon it flies back to Neverland and I go to sleep. And honestly I have slept more than I have in years because in Neverland I hardly ever slept, I still did but not often.
