(19) Jimin?

A knock on the door pulled taehyung out from his thoughts...

"If it isn't the news I want to hear...You better loose hope on your life"

Taehyung warned and soon he heard the sound of the door shutting...making him sigh...

He again looked out of the window... Completely loosing himself in jimin's memories...

Those memories flashed infront of his eyes making his grip on the glass of wine tighten...

"I DONT WANT TO MARRY HIM!"

"Pookie Bear-ssi"

"YOUR MOTHER IS ALIVE TAEHYUNG!"

"Stuck up suit guy"

And lastly he remembered....that smile...That damn smile...He gave before jumping off the bridge...
Taehyung held the glass so hard that it got shattered in pieces, pricking taehyung's hand causing it to bleed...But this pain was nothing... Nothing in front of the pain he have felt in the past 11 months...

Taehyung's men tried finding jimin in the river and nearby places...Then in the whole Seoul...But they couldn't...

Ever since that incident nothing has been the same...

Taehyung's anger issues got worst...Jay wasn't the same sweet bubbly boy...He turned into a cold guy...Tae's grand father still mourn at the loss same goes with his mother...Misa too wasn't the same...

Over all the Kims were a complete mess

Another knock on the door was heard...

"Boss we-"

Sunghoon stopped as he saw the blood coming out of Tae's hand...

"Your hand!"

He went to him making him sit at the couch and started to remove the shards of glass

"We've searched everywhere in Seoul...I think you should give up-"

Sunghoon quickly shut his mouth as soon as he saw taehyung glaring at him...

"I didn't thought that you were the type to loose your sanity for a person"

Sunghoon said getting up and looking for a bandaid

"I didn't either"

He heard taehyung say...He came back and started treating his wounds

"It's not your fault boss"

"It is! It is all MY Fault...I should've seen it coming...Given yakuza's history...I should've known better !!"

Sunghoon sighed

"Mr. Choi confirmed the deal...He just wants to meet you before signing the document"

Taehyung nodded...

"Nothing should come in between my business...I will attend this meeting...Jay will come with me...You focus on the deal with Hwang...Cancel it if they tell you to adjust in lesser amount than we have finaled..."

"Okay sir...As you say...Your meeting with Choi will be held Day after tomorrow in London..."

Taehyung hummed

Taehyung sat across from Mr. Choi, Like a king he was...Glaring into his eyes with his dominant aura and the power he holds...as he listened to the older man speak. They were in Mr. Choi's office in London, discussing a potential business deal that could greatly benefit both of their companies.

But as the conversation wore on, Taehyung couldn't help but notice the piece of paper sitting on Mr. Choi's desk. It was a proposal, one that seemed to have nothing to do with their current discussion.

Curiosity getting the better of him, Taehyung leaned forward slightly, trying to get a better look at the document.

Mr. Choi cleared his throat, drawing Taehyung's attention back to him.

"I have a proposition for you, Mr. Kim,"

he said, his voice serious.

Taehyung raised an eyebrow, waiting for Mr. Choi to continue.

"I have a daughter,"

Mr. Choi said, gesturing to the piece of paper on his desk.

"She is of marriageable age, and I believe she would make a suitable match for you."

Taehyung felt his jaw drop slightly in surprise. He had heard of these types of arrangements before, but he never thought he would be the subject of one...

"Excuse me, Mr. Choi,"

Taehyung said, trying to keep his tone polite but firm...As the man infront of him was also a mafia leader...

"But I don't think that's something I'm interested in."

Mr. Choi's expression hardened...

"I see,"

he said, picking up the proposal and placing it directly in front of Taehyung.

"Well, if that's the case, then I'm afraid our deal is cancelled."

"That's fine for me-"

When he heard Mr. Choi's phone ring. He paused...

Mr. Choi picked up the phone and Taehyung couldn't help but get annoyed at this...But suddenly...

"Hello, Jimin,"

Mr. Choi said, his tone cordial but slightly strained.

"Yes, I'm in a meeting right now. Is everything okay?"

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat at the mention of Jimin's name....Was it his jimin? If could hear his voice then he can tell but that might not be enough because people can have similar voices...the thought of hearing his voice again sent a wave of emotions through him.

He debated whether or not to ask him about his son...but ultimately decided it was best to leave before things got awkward...

Still a part of him was ready to take the risk...He wasn't sure if it was his jimin or someone else but he couldn't help the growing feeling in his heart...

His heart and mind saying completely different things...But there was one way...That can confirm it...and it was...

"I'm ready to marry your daughter"

He knew the consequences if Mr. Choi's son was not his jimin...But that hope and urge made him do this...

If it was his jimin then? Taehyung was ready to give whatever it takes to bring jimin back...
