The murmur of excited voices filled the space as Aruna stood under the spotlight, gripping the sleek trophy in her hands. The award she had dreamed of, worked for tirelessly, was finally hers.

The audience and idols erupted into applause, a symphony of validation for her dedication and talent. But as Aruna stood there, the applause washing over her, an unexpected feeling settled within her chest.

Aruna felt overwhelmed.

She had always imagined this moment as a flood of emotions, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks, an overwhelming rush of happiness coursing through her veins. Yet, here she was, caught in the spotlight's glare, feeling strangely disconnected from the scene unfolding around her.

As she gazed out at the sea of faces, all smiling, clapping, and celebrating her achievement, Aruna couldn't help but wonder why the triumph she had worked so hard for felt distant. She traced her fingers over the engraved show name on the award, a testament to her accomplishment, and tried to muster the enthusiasm she thought she should be feeling.

But it was as if a veil had fallen over her emotions. The loud applause felt like distant echoes, the flashing lights mere sparks in her periphery. She blinked, trying to focus, trying to make sense of the void she felt inside. Her heart should have been pounding with excitement, her eyes brimming with tears of joy, but instead, her heart seemed to beat at a steady, unemotional rhythm, and her eyes remained dry.

Aruna scanned the room, recognizing faces she had seen before, faces of idols she listened to, people who had supported her journey to this moment. They all wore smiles of genuine happiness for her, and their cheers echoed in her ears like a distant melody. She wanted to feel their elation, to share in the warmth of their camaraderie, but the fading feeling persisted, refusing to let her fully connect.

Was this what it meant to be overwhelmed? She had always imagined tears, laughter, and an almost surreal happiness in moments like these. Yet, here she stood, holding the pinnacle of her professional achievement, feeling oddly detached from it all.

Aruna's fingers tightened around the trophy, her knuckles turning white. She wished she could just let herself go, allow the emotions to wash over her, and lose herself in the jubilation of the crowd. But as hard as she tried to push through the numbness, it clung to her like a stubborn shadow.

"Thank you so much to our company, the people who helped us create this amazing track, our choreographers and most importantly you guys- our fans," Eliana looked into the camera. eyes gleaming which such happiness people watching could feel it through the screen.

After saying a few words of thanks and the other idols left the stage, the girls started their encore with shaking hands.

It was more of a sob fest rather than a stage as Ciela and Aster could not stop crying. But Aruna knew how hard they worked so she let them use her shoulder as a rest, feeling the wetness seep onto her shoulders.

ARUNA just now on bubble
