Apparently, you'll need the following.
2 children
1 adult
1 rare collectible in your yard
1 bottle of Isola Rain
20 coins
You must have two kids hiding in the trees. Next, place the Isola rain. Your adult must be picking up the rare item. Then, you'll have a blue event thing on your screen. Your neighbor will invite you over, and you will pay twnety bucks. Stay over until your neighbors die, and they will give you their fully furnished home!
