The Party🎉 Part 1

Ethan's Pov

Just as I'm about to kiss her my bedroom door swings open...

"Mom wants to know if you guys are hungry? "

I look up at her obviously frustrated

Ari looks at me then back at her "Uh no Cam we actually have a party to go to tonight"

"Yeah, uh could you drive us? " I ask

"Sure thing" she says with a smile

Ari gets up "Well I gotta go get ready I'll be back within the hour"

"Oh uh... Okay let me walk you out" I say walking toward the front door with her

She walks out onto the porch "See you in a bit" she says before she gives me a peck on the cheek

I watch her run to her house and close the door behind her

I walk back in, closes the door and runs upstairs

I get in the shower after 25 minutes I get out and start putting on my clothes, I open my door to see Cam standing in front of me

"I'm sorry about earlier I should have knocked or something" she says

I sigh "It's okay Cam"

Ari's Pov

After I left Ethan's I ran up to my room to put my phone on the charger and get my clothes out. I got in the shower and washed my hair I put on my clothes and did my hair and makeup

I grabbed my phone and my white body purse and walked to Ethan's. I knock on the door and it opens to reveal Lisa

Lisa's Pov

I open the door and see Arielle

"OMG..  Arielle you're so pretty"

She smiles "Thanks Lisa. Are Ethan and Cam ready to go? "

"Come in" I say as I move back and she comes in "Cam... Ethan... Ari's here" I yell

Ethan's Pov

I walk downstairs and I see Ari. She smiles "Ethan you look very handsome"

Cam elbows me in the side and mumbles "say something"

I smile "Thank you, You look amazing" I pull her into a hug

Cam laughs "You do look pretty sexy Ari"

Ari laughs "Thanks Cam"

She does. There will be guys all over her tonight

Cam snaps me out of my thoughts by asking us are we ready

Ari and I nod our heads and we follow Cam out to the car

Outside the Party

Ari's Pov

Cam drops us off outside we get out the car and walk into the party..

I look at my phone to see she texted me

C: Hey, do you like Ethan?

A: Is it that obvious?

C: Well y'all did almost kiss at the house.

A: Lol truee..  Don't tell Ethan

C: I won't promise. I'll let you go. Just text me when you want me to pick y'all up.

A: Okay

I grab Ethan's hand and we walk to the keg in the kitchen

This guy Brett in our English class walks up to us

"Hey Arielle, you're looking good"

I smile while taking a small sip of my beer "Thanks Brett you don't look too bad yourself"

"Wanna dance?" Brett asks

"Uh... Maybe later" I smile slightly

"Alright, I'll hold you to that" Brett winks at me before he walks away

I look at Ethan and we laugh just then a girl in our math class comes up to him

"Hey Ethan" She smiles at him then scoffs at me

"Hey..." He starts trying to remember her name

I whisper in his ear "Cynthia"

He smiles at me "Hey Cynthia"

"Are you two dating or something?" Cynthia asks

Ethan and I look at each other

"No.  We're just bestfriends" We say together

"Then why are you holding hands? " She asks

I look down to see that our fingers are intertwined, I slowly slide my hand out of his and smile at him

Ethan's Pov

I watch her slide her hand out of mine I want to keep holding her hand

"I'm going to go outside" Ari says. She looks up at me

I nod "Okay I'll be there in a bit"

I watch her walk outside,  I turn to Cynthia "Um... Did you need something or...?" I ask drinking my beer

She smiles "Yes" She touches my hand

"Cynthia what are you doing? " I ask backing up

"Ethan, we've been in school with each other since second grade.  I have always liked you." She smiles

"I know that Cynthia but I don't like you like that" I try to explain

"I know.  You like Arielle. I don't understand why though. I'm sooo much better and prettier than her" She says

"Just leave me alone" I exclaim and she walks away.  I walk out to find Ari.
