May 22nd 2015, Holmes Chapel

Harry and I woke up really early because of jet-lag so we decided to head out. I felt really honored because Harry had decided to share a piece of his childhood with me by showing me the places that he used to spend most of his time when he was a kid or a teenager.

"That exact spot" he pointed towards a tree, "is the spot where I scarred my elbow"

"You have a scar on your elbow?" I asked, surprised I had never noticed it

"It's covered by tattoos now" he giggled, "in case you were wondering why you hadn't noticed it" he said as he rolled his sleeves up and showed me the scar

"How did you do it?" I shook my head

"I had stolen a bag of chips from a friend and I was running away from her so I thought it was a good idea to climb the tree" he chuckled at the memory, "but being the sloppy human being I am, I  fell, cutting my elbow open" he finished and I only started laughing at him

"And how did you do the one on your chin?" I wondered

"Uhm" he awkwardly coughed, " I hit a cart" he said with a straight face

"Why the sudden change of mood?" I asked, without minding my own business

"I was with Taylor... Swift when it happened" he admitted after a few seconds of silence

"So...?" I giggled

"I wasn't sure on how you would take it" he shrugged

"You're very sweet" I giggled, "but it's in the past, Harry" I stroked his shoulder, "we both had our stories, we both have memories and that's normal... that doesn't mean we can't tell each other things"

"I know but still... I don't think I want to know your memories with Nick" he said, making me laugh.

We carefreely walked through the countryside for about an hour, before we decided to go back to his house. I silently laughed at the thought of the headlines about "Jarry" being more serious than ever because I was in his hometown and felt relieved because it was pretty early in the morning so, luckily, no one had spotted us.

"Oh my god" I exclaimed as we were driving past a bakery, "my mum used to buy things there sometimes when we had guests and I used to go with her because I loved it"

"Seriously?" he asked surprised, "that" he pointed at the bakery, "is the place I used to work at before One Direction"

"I can't believe it!" I laughed, "maybe we did see each other"

"I'm kind of hurt that you don't remember the curly haired boy behind the counter" he pouted

"What can I say?" I answered, "all I could see were the pastries" we laughed, "I wanna buy something for your family"

"It's not necessary, love" he smiled

"I know, but I want to" I stubbornly replied

"It's useless to try and convince you otherwise, isn't it?" he asked

"Exactly" I smiled satisfied as he stopped the car, "I'll be quick"

"I'll come with you" he opened his door, "might as well say hello while I'm here" he said as we entered the little bakery. I immediately recognized the smell of crumpets that reminded me of my childhood and smiled at the sight of the shop.

"Harry!" an old lady exclaimed as she recognized us

"Susan!" Harry exclaimed before walking towards her and gave her a hug, "how are you?"
