Amal's POV.

He's going to force me to marry him? After everything he's told me about himself and how he felt for me, he's going to force me to marry him? I knew that he was a liar from the beginner but I don't know why my heart didn't want to believe me.

I will not marry him, I will not prison myself with a man I do not love, in a castle where I'm not wanted. I need to find a way out. I need to think over my escape plan more thoroughly this time and especially since I can't really move my ankle as much, it has to be a quick escape plan.

But how would I escape? This question among different answers were running around my head for what felt like an eternity but none of my answers sounded useful.

"This is ridiculous, just when I thought I was out of one prison I go into another one but this time much permanent great" I look up at the ceiling and let out a loud huff, they call me a queen yet I am treated like a slave.

Maybe that's the only reason you are actually wanted by Masin because you are a queen

That irritating unwanted voice of mine spoke, however this time it actually said something that not only hurt me but also helped clear out some things.

"Could he really want to marry me only because of my status?" Although I already formed the answer in my head I still felt the need to repeat it again just in case my heart missed it.

"Why else do you think?" Turning around to look at where the voice came from, I see a maid standing in front of the door. The maid had a beautiful figure that I knew dazed any man that looked at her, she also didn't make her caramel skin difficult to see as she wore exposing clothes.

"Did you really think that he would like you, when he has me?" She flicked her jet black her from the side of her shoulder and made it fall perfectly behind her. "let me just tell you he would never love you, everything he's ever said is to get to the kings status and now you will give it to him willingly" the moment she said that I started to laugh at how ridiculous she just sounded.

"Are you listening to yourself?" Not waiting for her to answer I carried on laughing, she must have not liked my reaction because the next thing I felt was her hands quickly wrapping their hands around my throat. I don't know if she ran towards me but it only took her seconds to be right in front of my face.

"Do you think I'm lying, he doesn't love you he loves me" she growled at my face which caused me to flinch, I did feel an ache in my heart to finally hear the truth, but it was good because it only made me stronger.

"Don't worry I don't care who Masin likes" I spat out his name as if he meant nothing to me, which he didn't. " but I'm laughing at how you said I'll willingly give in, if you two think that I will willingly give up so you two can be happy you are wrong because I won't leave without a fight" now it was her turn to laugh at what I had said, she released her grip on my throat as she sat down on the bed next to me.

"Trust me honey once I'm finish telling you the reason why I am here you will willingly give in" she brings her hand and puts in on my ankle, with that evil smile still plastered on her face, she put more pressure on it which caused me to hiss, but I tried to show as little of emotion as I could.

"Well Masin told me to tell you that your uncle the King will be here tomorrow and that I have to get you ready for his arrival because he will be the one that will be giving you of to Masin" as much as we both knew she hated to say that her smile still remained but the slight unintentional squeeze I felt on my ankle didn't go unnoticed.

"I'm sure that my uncle won't force me to marry Masin if I didn't want to" whoever my uncle is I know that because we are blood related he would never want to hurt me, that is what my heart is saying to me at this moment but I'm hoping I'm not wrong again.

"You are right he won't force you to marry him, because you will tell him you are happy" folding both my hands in front of me I look at her with a smile on my face, "and why would I do that?"

"Because he told me to tell you..." she started to speak seconds after I asked her the question, she didn't even need to process the question in her mind it's as if she already knew what I was planning on asking.

"wait before I tell you, he told me to say that this conversation will end here and never be spoken of again, ever, even to him." But since her threats were starting to irritate me due to every time her mouth is talking it's always a threat, I asked her 'what will happen if it doesn't?' But all she did was just tick her tongue and shake her head.

"The same thing that will happen, if you tell the king you are being forced will happen if you breath a word out about this conversation" rolling my eyes at her I leaned back on the bed and asked her 'which is?'

However the answer that she gave me caused me to quickly sit straight up and look at her hoping that she was lying and was going to tell me the real answer now, but her face remained serious. I felt the need to ask her to repeat her self because I was hoping that my ears might have caught onto something wrong, but I knew it didn't once I heard it again.
