This is complicating, i wrote this a few weeks after i made a new friend and he asked me out but the only reason i agreed was because he sounded so uncertain of my response and i didn't have the gut to say no. that was wrong

break your heart which may never mend
or give him fantasies which will someday end
I don't know what to feel
complete with him or lost without you,
but i also don't know what i want to hear
maybe because heartbreak is something that i fear
I don't know what to touch
the hand of his or the warmth of yours
I don't know what's right
being with him and seeing you break
or putting him aside
for my love's sake
I don't know what to do
