SHOCKING REVELATIONS

There was Subbu standing in the hall. Raman fumed seeing him and even Ishita was not very happy.

S: Hello Ishu! Actually, sorry ki main uninformed aa gaya but I wanted to take you out for dinner.

I: What?! Dinner? Par achanak?

S: Come on Ishu. Madhu aunty told me that you are ready for our alliance. So we can go out right.

Before Ishita could react, Raman responded loudly.

R: Nahi jayegi Ishita. Aaj humare ghar bhi dinner party hain. So, that's not happening.

Just then, Ruhi, Adi made a perfect timing entry.

Ru: Ishita aunty, aap ne mujhe promise kiya tha na that you will help me with my project.Toh kal woh submit karna hain.

S: (gritted his treeth) Kaun sa project hain aisa beta aapka?

Ru: Swatchh Bharat project.

I: Par yeh toh bohot pehle hi ho chuka tha.

Everybody was stunned to hear that.

Am: Kya kaha Ishu? How do you know about it?

I: (fumbles) Pata nahi Amma, I don't know maine aisa kyun bola. I... I am sorry. Woh...

R: (comes near her and puts his hand on her shoulder) It's okay Ishita. Waise sach mein yeh project pehle ek baar ho chuka hain and tumne hi madad ki thi.

Adi: Haan Ishita aunty. Ruhi ke teacher ko woh itna pasand aaya that she asked her to present it annual project competition. Par yeh humari Ruhi, isne woh kharab kar diya. Will you help her remake it?

I: Ohhh, aisa hua hain. Definitely. Chalo Ruhi-chuhi, let's do it again.

S: Par yeh baat tumhe kaise maloom Ishu?

Ishita stared at him blankly while Raman came to her rescue.

R: (sternly) Uske best friend ke bachhon ke project ke baare mein use maloom hain toh what's the big deal? Ishita, kya tum unki help karogi please?

I: Yaa sure, sure. Sorry Subbu but unka project is more important.

Saying so, Ishita, Ruhi, Adi go inide.

R: (to Subbu) Yeh tumhara chal kya raha hain Subbu? Main tumhe ek bhala insaan samjahta tha jab tumne hospital mein Ishita ki help ki. Par ab yeh shaadi?

S: Are you jealous Raman? Waise tumhe hona nahi chahiye. Tumne apne liye toh dhund li. What about Ishu? Why should she stay alone. Hum dono akele hain, adhoore hain. Why can't we be together?

R: Subbu apna yeh gyan dena band karo please. Main Ishita ka pati hoon aur woh meri patni. We are together even now. Do you understand? And by the way, tum bhi jaante ho aur main bhi that there is something more to this marriage. (glares at Toshiji) And you know it very well Mummy, but aaj main pata kar ke rahunga ki woh baat kya hain.

T: Aisi koi baat nahi hain puttar.

R: (roars) Enough maa, today I am not taking that as an excuse. Mihika, Shagun, we need to reach to the roots of this mess.

Mi: Yes jeeju.

Mihika and Shagun brought a rope and tied it around Subbu. He was shocked to see that. Raman snatched his phone. He asked Neelu to keep a check on Ishita and take care that she doesn't come out.

R: Batao Subbu. Kyun kar rahe ho ye sab. Mujhe pata hain ki tum hi ne mummy ko kuchh kaha hain jisse woh itni utavli hain iss shaadi ke liye. I want to know the truth today.

S: Yeh sab kya hain Raman. Tum mujhe yahan jyada der tak rok nahi sakte. Main toh Ishu se shaadi kar ke rahunga.

R: Dekhte hain. Yahan se bach ke jaoge toh shaadi karoge na. It's my final warning. Mujhe sab sach bata do else I will kill you.

S: I am telling you yeh pagalpan band karo.I know you can't do anything like that.

R: (thunders) Main jaroor karunga. Aur haan, main hoon pagal, meri biwi ke liye, uske pyaar ke liye. Main tumhe koi explanation nahi doonga mere aur Ishita ke rishte ke baare mein. Just tell me why are you hellbent on this marriage.

S: Nahi bata sakta main kuchh, par main yeh shaadi kar ke rahunga.

And then came something that could render Raman the absolute truth- a tight slap. Blood oozed out of his mouth as Subbu cried in pain.

S: (cries) Majboori hain meri isliye kar raha hoon.

R: (calmly) Kaisi majboori? Is anyone pressurizing you to do this?

S: Haan, Ashok Khanna.

R: What?!

S: Haan, main bankrup ho gaya hoon. After the mess I created in Simmi's life, the hospital where I worked dismissed me from my job. Mere paas kuchh nahi bacha tha. Then, after Ishu's accident, Ashok approached me. Usne mujhe funds dene ka wada kiya and in return I had to marry Ishu.

R: Oh God! Itna bada game khela Ashok ne! Lekin iss sab mein mummy kahan se aayi?

T: Puttar, ek din Ashok ne mujhe uske ghar bulaya. Usne mujhe jo bataya usse to mere pairon tale jameen khisak gayi.

R: Aisa kya kaha usne aapse? Koi dhamki di kya?

T: Usne mujhse kaha ki agar maine Ishita aur Subbu ki shaadi nahi karwayi toh woh Ishita ko maar dalega.(cries)

R: What? Jaan lena kya ek majak lagta hain use. Maa, aapko yeh sab mujhe batana chahiye tha. Woh aisa kuchh nahi kar paata.

T: Karta puttar, jaroor karta. Aaj jis khoon ke iljaam mein usne tumhe phasaya woh mere liye warning thi ki woh jaan bhi le sakta hain aur tumhe aur Ishita ko alag karne ke liye koi bhi ghatiya chaal chal sakta hain.

R: My God! Maa, Subbu, agar aap dono humein yeh sab kuchh batate toh aaj shayad woh masoom worker bhi bach jaata.

S: I am sorry Raman, but I had to do this.

Raman asked Mihika, Shagun to free him.

R: Dekho Subbu, jo ho gaya so ho gaya. Now I promise you that tum apna clinic phir se khada karoge. I will fund you. Lekin uske liye mujhe ek favour chahiye.

S: Kya?

R: Tumhe police mein Ashok ke khilaaf bayaan dena hoga. Bolo, karoge?

S: Haan. Definitely. Waise bhi mujhe uss gande insaan se chutkara chahiye tha.

R: Ek aur baat. Aaj ke baad, Ishita ke aas-paas bhi nahi aaoge. Now she is very comfortable with me. I will handle her.

S: Lekin tum aur Shagun?

Mi: Woh saari baatein jeeju apni family aur wife ko explain karenge tumhe nahi.

Raman, Subbu along with others went to the police station. Recording Subbu's statement, Ashok was arrested.

Shagun went in to check on ishita. But she was not there in the kids' room. She asked Adi-Ruhi about it but they were clueless. Then, Shagun found Ishita in Raman's room and she was shocked to see what she was doing.

After Raman returned from the police station, Shagun took him to a corner and told him something that shook him.

R: (horrified) What! Ishita aisa kuchh kar rahi thi! Impossible! Agar aisa hain, toh I need to know everything as soon as possible. Mujhe kuchh karna hoga!
