THE CAR STOPPED when we reached a not so familiar road. Nasa tabi kami ng sidewalk at kaunti lang ang dumadaan na kotse. It's 10 a.m. na, I bet.

Kanina, after the incident, nag-drive thru muna si Genesis for our lunch. And at the moment, we were all seated at the back of Blaise's car. Para kaming cult na kumakain.

"So Grayson," I began while munching my food. "How on Earth did you get in here?"

Grayson looked away. "I was sleeping--"

"Sleeping in my car?" Blaise questioned sarcastically.

"Parehas kayong may saltik, Kuya." wika ni Genesis. I bet she was referring to me!

"I'm really surrounded by weird people," Lincoln murmured. He always say that.

"Okay," Grayson raised his hand in surrender, may hawak pa siya sa kamay niya ng fried chicken. "I was waiting for Tiffany to come. Hihintayin ko sana siya kaya umupo muna ako, but then I fell asleep!"

"Gago," bulong ko.

"And then I woke up when that freaking cart--" he said, pointing at the grocery cart, "--hit my head! And I'm on a different place na!"

"Hala, nag-teleport ka!" wika ni Blaise with sarcasm on his tone.

"Gray," tawag ni Lincoln habang inaayos ang eyeglass niya. "We can't talk about our plan kung nandito ka, no offense."

"None taken," Grayson replied. "What plan though?"

"Confidential," sagot ni Genesis. "Kuya, iwan ka namin dito,"

Umaarte naman si Grayson na parang nasasaktan. "Hey, I'm your brother! Kaya mong iwan ang gwapo mong kuya dito?"

"Yes," Genesis answered. "Aalis ka dito sa ayaw o sa gusto mo,"

"Genie in the bottle, come on!" ayan. Inasar niya pa si Genesis kaya mas lalo siyang 'di papayagan.

"Ganito na lang," sabat ni Lincoln sa magkapatid. "We're going to drive you on a bus station. Sounds good?"

"Grabe, daig ko pa ang may contagious disease sa sobrang pagtataboy niyo sa akin!" pagda-drama niya. "Hindi ako papayag--"

I fished out my phone on my pocket at tinaas 'yon kaya natahimik siya. "I'm going to call Steph, papasundo ko ikaw sa kanya,"

Grayson's eyes twinkled as soon as I mentioned my cousin. His frown became sa smile. "Thank you! You're an angel sent from above! Thank you, Wish! Thank you!"

Napatingin ako kay Genesis, "May saltik nga yata kuya mo,"

Genesis drove us to a bus station.

Dito kami naghihintay para kay Stephanie. It's been an hour. Iiwan sana namin si Grayson kaso hindi talaga siya pumayag!

Para kaming tanga na nakatulala habang naghihintay na dumating si Stephanie. Lahat kami ay nakaupo sa likod ng pickup car ni Blaise.

"Alam mo bang letche ikaw, Grayson?" hindi ko na napigilan at nagprotest. "We should be planning exciting things right now instead of staring at the damn road!"

"His initials are GG and gago has two Gs as well. Coincidence? I think not," Blaise said with full of mockery.

"Fuck you, Savino." Genesis cursed. "My initials are GG as well!"
