The next day, Karasuno will have a match with Nekoma. This will be the first match for Kageyama and Hinata while it will be the third for the others. Yesterday, your team had lost. But you're sure somehow they could change the tide at the end of the camp.

Every time your team made a score, you couldn't help but smile. You could see how the new player from Nekoma was trying to block Hinata's spike. He could predict Hinata's movement and successfully prevent the freak duo's attack by the third time Hinata used his signature attack.

You write down everything that you can conclude from the match. Hinata seems to be flying high that there's the time when he collided with Azumane. The atmosphere on the court become too intense after that.

The match ended with Nekoma's winning. You put down your tablet and help the others to distribute towels and mineral waters. Your team need to dive around the court as a punishment. You winched every time they dive, imagined yourself to be the one who did that.

"Our team is the weakest from the other school in this camp." Takeda-sensei stated the truth, you couldn't disagree by that, "But, it's your choice to see them only as your enemy, or learn their techniques."

You sighed at how the mood in the team seems faltered. Not that you blame them. Your eyes darted to the freak duo and Sugawara. You excused yourself for a while after helping others with supplies.

Your feet stride to where your teammates went. Before you go out from the door, you heard Kageyama talked to Hinata,

"Your quick attack is your best weapon." He stated while you peeked behind the doorframe, "If there's any pause on that, it will fail miserably. Your determination isn't needed there." You furrowed your eyebrows and hide further when Kageyama walked pass you.

You flinched when someone patted your shoulder and looked up to found coach Ukai. He approached Hinata and Sugawara. There's the time when Hinata opened up his eyes while spiking the ball, but apparently, your coach didn't catch the drift.

"Oi! (L/n)! Would you mind calling the other? The match will be started soon!" You heard Sawamura's shouted and you nodded.

"There you are!" You acted like you just found them, "I am sorry to interrupt, but the match with Fukurodani will be started soon." They nodded at the information. You waited until everyone walked pass you before you catch up with Hinata.

"Don't mind, Shouyo." He gets startled by your sudden outburst, "Think about everything later." You tapped his shoulder gently before running up ahead to the bench.

The match with Fukurodani ended up with their winning. Coach Ukai tried to give Hinata's space, that's why he didn't let the orange boy play on the match.

It's two past three when the camp's ended. You helped the others to prepare their stuff and packed. Reminding them, so there's no belonging's left behind.

"This is it?" You asked Yamaguchi while arrange their bag to the minibus, "Make sure everything is in, okay?" You want them to be as comfortable as they could while travelling.

Specific bed-haired boy stood beside Sawamura. His eyes darted to your figure. His gaze didn't go unnoticed by your captain. Sawamura cleared his throat, gaining the attention from the other guy.

"Please refrain your stare." Kuroo chuckled at how overprotective your captain is, "She's a first-year, don't scare her like that."

"Sorry," He shrugged his shoulder, "But I think she's not someone that could be scared so easily." You laughed from Sugawara's joke, didn't notice the two captain that just talked about you.

On the minibus, you sat beside Hinata. You looked to your left to see Kageyama looking through the windows, not even once turned his head. Hinata's the same. He kept looking to the other side. You sighed at this, wondering how you could help them to make up.

The skies were now dark blue when you arrived back to Miyagi. Takeda-sensei told everyone to rest since there will be no practice tomorrow. The gymnasium will have a small renovation and everyone banned from the gym until the remodelling is done.

You wander around the school, making sure everyone's home first. There near the schoolyard, Tanaka lay on the ground. You blinked and walked up to him.

"Why are you still here, Tanaka-senpai?" He startled when you called out to him, "Are you waiting for someone?"

"Oh, well... I am just thinking about someone and the freak duo." You raised your eyebrows and sat beside his body.

"It's intense today, Kageyama and Hinata didn't even look at each other." You hugged your knee and let out a long sigh.

"Do not fret, (L/n). I am sure the two would be al-"

"Senpai! Anyone! Help!" You and Tanaka jerked when you heard Yachi's voice. She ran to the both of you while you stood up immediately. It looks like she's almost crying at the moment,

"Hey, hey, calm down, Yacchan." Your hands caressed her arms gently, and she sobbed, "Would you tell us what happened?"

"It's Kageyama and Hinata!" Yachi screamed out, panic lingers in her voice, "They are practising at first, but suddenly they are on each other's throat, screaming and-" She breathes hard, and you told her to stop and asked her to lead.

"Come on, let's get to the two." Tanaka rubbed Yachi's back to calm her down. The three of you walked to the gym when you could hear the intense scream. Your feet couldn't help but run.

"BOTH OF YOU PLEASE STOP IT!" You screamed and ran to the two and break them apart. They still tried to strangle each other even though you were already pushed them away. Getting enough, you slap them both like you spike a volleyball. Hard.

"(Y/n)-"

"SHUT UP! SHUT. UP!" Tears formed in your eyes at the rage that ignited in your heart, "Both of you! Clean yourself first and go home!" They just stood there silently, "Now." Even if you didn't shout at them anymore, your voice still full of emotion.

When you heard them leave, you fall to the ground and let out a long sigh.

Minutes after, you cleaned up the gymnasium and locked it. Your eyes darted to someone who leans on the wall outside the gym. You squinted your eyes and walked past him.

"What are you doing here? I told you to go home isn't?"

Kageyama just kept silence and followed you. He walked behind you, afraid that a sight of him could anger you. Well, he's not wrong. You always hate a fight, why would someone screamed at each other if they could talk it out?

For you, fighting is a nuisance. It only left heartbreak and put some distance to the person. Either the two are just too stubborn or too absorbed by their own pride.

"I couldn't let you walk alone." You heard him muttered under his breath, making you stopped walking. He stopped and looked at your back.

"Okay." Not even turned to look at him. You continue to walked, "Thank you, Tobio." He smiled a little, your voice is calmer than before, "But that doesn't mean you are getting away from this that easily!" There you are, back to your old self.

"Oh- right." He walked faster to match your tempo.

Both of you walked side by side right now. Embracing the comfortable silence that he obtained.

"By the way," He turned to look at you, "Would you accompany me after school tomorrow?" You blinked, it's rare to see him want some company like this.

"Huh? Where?"
