The forest was not a place for everyone. One wrong turn, and you'd end up lost deep inside it, never to come out again. As she jumped over a fallen tree, she felt the wolves close behind her. Elize struggled to keep running. She was already exhausted to her bones, but she had to keep running. She didn't want to die. Not now.

'Zack! Help me!' She reached out through her mind link, ducking a tree branch.

There was no reply. As she jumped a puddle, she saw a clearing ahead with a huge mansion slowly appearing in the middle of it. It vaguely looked like the pack house. But why was the pack house in the middle of the jungle? And why did it look so different? Elize thought as she lunged forward. She could feel the wolves close in on her.

In her desperation, she jumped over another fallen tree. But this time she wasn't so lucky. Her feet caught on a vine and she tripped, falling face down in a puddle. Suddenly it started raining in torrents. What was happening? Elize was confused. Just a moment ago, the sun was shining bright through the the gaps in the trees.

Just as she was about to get up, she sensed it- a dark shadow loomed over her being. She looked up to see a pair of fiery red eyes staring down at her from a giant body which looked as if it was a cross between a wolf and a man. Unlike any other wolf she'd seen, this one had no fur on it. Grey pallid skin stretched on its muscular body which was grotesquely distorted.

Elize felt sick looking at it.

Suddenly it opened its mouth, only to reveal huge canines smeared with what looked like blood. Elize shivered at the sight.

"Hear my plea oh spirits of the forest, take this evil and engulf it in fire." She whispered frantically.

Nothing. It didn't work! Elize panicked.

The creature made a sound that almost sounded like a chuckle. It's expression suddenly changed as it narrowed its eyes at her and barked ferociously.

"Zack!" Elize called out.

There was no reply.

"Zack help!" She screamed as the creature's teeth were about to sink into her shoulders.

Suddenly somebody was shaking her. The scene was getting distorted. She was suddenly being dragged into darkness.

"Elize! Wake up!" Zack's concerned voice echoed in the bathroom.

Elize slowly opened her eyes, her breath coming out heavy. Her chest raised up and down as she struggled to calm down. Blue eyes stared at her, a concerned look marring his beautiful face, calming her down a bit. His brows were creased in tension and the bags under his eyes added to it, making him look like a mad man. A very hot madman.

Elize shook her head. Why was she thinking about how hot Zack was when she still was not able to get a grip on herself? Elize scolded herself in her mind.

"You okay baby?" Zack asked, his grip loosening on her shoulders.

Elilze nodded, suddenly becoming very aware of her nakedness. There were no more soap bubbles in the water, and her body was very much visible underneath it. Not taking her eyes off of him, she nervously bit on her lower lip. She watched as his gaze traveled down to her lips and darkened. Quickly realizing the effect on him, she licked her lips, hoping to dispel his intense gaze.

"Elize." He called her name in a husky voice. His hands slid down from her shoulders to gently hold her upper arm. As he did, his thumb grazed the sides of her breasts, sending chills down her body. She shivered, as a sense of pleasure took hold of her being. She kept her eyes down, not wanting him to notice the effect of his touch on her. As her eyes traveled down, she noticed it. Something hard was straining against his shorts. She blushed, seeing his aroused state.
