Many people get their peace of mind from a huge array of random activities. It could be food for some, it could be stargazing, it could even be long walks in the evening, or enjoying the early morning breeze.

For Nour however, peace of mind is when he's staring at his Reina's face. It's when he's lost in hearing his Reina's voice. It's when he's watching his Reina do her thing. Peace of mind is his Reina.

He stared at her in awe as she gently spoonfed him, his eyes unblinking. Yes he knew he was madly in love with her, he had been for a long time, but he never expected it to surface this soon. Not in a million years had he expected to have a loving and caring wife this soon.

He didn't like being weak and vulnerable in front of her but he still couldn't help but feel a particular sense of protection because of how she took care of him. It showed that she cared, it was very prominent how she was elated when he came by. And that alone was enough for him. Baby steps, but they'll get there, he thought to himself.

There was something about her that he couldn't fathom. She was so young and naive but then so mature at the same time, the way she handled everything explained it all.

"Ya Nour, are you here with me?" Her voice cut through his chain of thought. He blinked his eyes, he got lost in his thoughts again.

"Um... what were you saying Reina?" He asked scratching the back of his head. She face palmed and shook her head. And that alone set him smiling.

"I said, are you full? You need to take some meds and get some more rest... what were you thinking of?" She asked and mocked and exasperated sigh.

He chuckled. Those deep resonating chuckles that sent fire to the pit of her stomach.

"Aren't you like supposed to feed me until I say I'm full and then you'll insist I eat some more, but here you are asking me to stop eating?" He said with his left eyebrow quirked up. She stood up and popped some of the pills from the tablet and got a cup of water.

"Sheeish! You talk way too much for someone that just got his consciousness back. Well, that is what they do... but sadly, me ain't yo mama, and you ain't no baby. So get your grown self together and take your medicines, besides you've taken way too much I think you're going to puke it all out" she said with a sassy flip of her hair.

"ouch " he held a hand to his heart, feigning hurt, to which she grinned evilly.

"Reina could you please check the bedside drawer, in my room there's a white plastic bag, bring it please" he politely asked.

She answered in affirmative and sauntered out of the room. Not before adjusting the pillow he was leaning on.

He knew why he fainted. It was the headaches. They're back now with full force and he hadn't taken his prescribed medicines on time that day. He never intended for Munaar to find out about his headaches. The doctor said he'll soon be free of them, so he didn't think it was that important for her to know.
