*jaden's pov* 

After madelyn left I checked the cameras and thats when I realized i fucked up 

I fucked up so hard this time 

But its so hard to believe it Too its hard to believe josh did that 

And he also twisted it all on madelyn 

She now thinks i dont trust her 

She fucking hates me now 

She will never forgive me for not trusting her 

I feel so angry at myself I punched the mirror it shattered 

I sat back down on bed with my hand over my head nervously 

I got up and ran to the bathroom I remember i had a small bag of cocaine in one of the drawers

U wondering now if i kept my promise to madelyn and stayed clean when i told her i would or not 

Well yes ive been clean since that day but today i feel so stressed i need it 

Whats the worse that could happen anyways  

She wouldnt care anyways 

I sniffed a few lines then suddenly the door opens and madelyn comes in

Didnt she leave ! 

I stood up trying to hide the cocaine but she already saw it

*madelyns pov*

M:"j-jaden are u back on it again?" 

J:"uhh- no no no im not uhh- why are u here now anyways "

M:"jaden why? U cant do that u are hurting urself " 

J:"everything is fucked  up and im already hurt so ?" 

M:"jaden but thats bad and u promised me " 

J:"i trusted him over u i fucked up so bad" he said said then started crying 

M:"its okayi understand he was ur best friend  just calm down please " 

J:"no u shouldnt be doing this u shouldn't care about me he said and then punched the mirror that was already broken which cause to make a cut on his knuckles 

M:"im doing this because i love u and i will never stop caring for u now come with me lets go to the other bathroom and get u cleaned up" 

I got the first aid kit from our bathroom which was a mess thats why i told him to go to the other one 

He was sat on the counter 

He had little of cocaine on his nose 

M:"no u need to shower first " 

I said then went over and opened the water for him to get in and shower 

M:"i will go get u clothes And clean the room once ur donecall for me i will come And try to fix ur hand 

Later

I Cleaned up the room and got rid of the cocaine that was left

He wasn't supposed to ever take it again

Im so mad he did but ik he did it cause he was so stressed I understand that 

And the one responsible for all of this is josh I was about to get out my phone and call him then jaden called for me that he was done 

J:"im done showering "

I put my phone back in my pocket and went to the bathroom he was now looking much better now and wearing clean clothes 

I put plaster over his cut it wasnt so deep 

M:"okay-uh i gotta go because delilah is at my parents i cleaned the bedroom "

J:"please come back tonight this is urs and delilah's house "

M:"i just want a little break from everything "

J:"please-"

M:"i will be back soon i promise , i just need u to promise and not break it this time that u wont do that again jaden not only for me but for delilah 

He looked down and up looking in to my eyes 

J:"I promise "
