Tips and Tricks for Dance

~What Should You Wear to a Dance Class?~

Hey Guys, it's Emmy!

So what should you wear to a dance class? Anything, as long as it's comfortable! If your studio has strict rules on what you have to wear, wear what the tell you. If your studio doesn't have strict uniform rules and you can wear what you like to, then I recommend wearing:

• Booty shorts! I have a pair of black capezio shorts that are soooo comfy!
• a crop top. I like to wear fun coloured crop tops, and you can wear them over your sports bras.
• a motivational tee shirt. Always good to throw in your dance bag in case it gets a bit cooler.
• Dance tights. Self explanatory.

For Ballet:

• Your ballet tights.
• A leotard. I just have a black one and my one for ballet exams.
• If you want you can wear a ballet skirt (you know the ones that wrap around. Yeah, those ones) or booty shorts over your leotard.
• I normally take my Warmups (legwarmers, the wrap around top thing)

• You should obviously wear your dance shoes to dance class.
