"Jilly you did that thing yet?"
"What thing?" I furrowed my eyebrows genuinely confused.
Jd sucked his teeth, "That mean you ain't do it."
"Do what? The hell. I got too much on my mind to be worried about that thing. Whatever that thing is."
"Never mind, don't enn worry bout it shawty."
"I wasn't worrying." I replied smartly.
"Ima talk to you tomorrow." He said and I hung up without saying goodbye or I love you like I usually did.
Dealing with a nigga in jail got to be the most hectic and annoying thing ever.
"Grab you something for lunch and dinner. I'm working late today." My momma put money on the table as she passed by me sitting on the couch and headed straight to the door.
"Okay." I told her thank you and we said our goodbye's.
I admired my mom for how hard she works— being a single parent with no help ain't easy but she doing the hell out of it.
I got up to see how much money she left and it was only twenty. I was craving some seafood but i can't get shit but a crab leg with that.
I can't even get both lunch & dinner with that—wtf.
Not that I ain't have my own money, I just don't like to spend it; when I don't have to.
I texted her to see if she could cashapp me another twenty and she did. That's why I love that lady!
After fixing my hair up and throwing on a quick fit— I called my cousin to see if she wanted to tag along to this placed called crafty crab since I ain't seen her in a few days.

"Jilly I missed you so much, It felt like I couldn't breathe without you." Harmony told me while we waited for our food.
"If dramatic was a person." I laughed.
"No but really, how have you been?"
"Good as fuck. How bout you?"
"Great, actually. I'm starting to accept who I am and be happy with myself."
"That's good." I smiled, i genuinely love for everybody around to be happy. Even if I'm not, as long as they are...
"You should come outside tonight."
"Mhm no." My smile dropped and I shook my head, "I'd rather be in my bed, eating chips and watching law & order."
She sucked her teeth, "We just gone go chill at Teejay place."
"He be having too much people over there, I don't feel like being around nobody and I'm tired of running from that damn dog!"
