"Girl you too funny." Kaelyn laughed while we sat in her living room telling each other stories.

"Nah that's all you." I laughed as well.

She was actually a cool person, I could see myself being good friends with her.

We also had so much in common.

"Where's your daughter?" I randomly got the urge to ask, there was no sign of her so I was curious.

"Oh she's with her dad, we rotate every few months."

"Ohhhh okay, okay."

Months without seeing your kid is crazy, but hey whatever works for her.

"So um not to be in your business or anything and you don't have to answer; but is her father around?" She looked down at my belly.

I sighed and remained quiet for a while.

"Not right now but I'm hoping he will be." I finally told her.

Truthfully, I actually do want Milo in her life. I prayed and thought about it these last few days and I decided that I am not okay with her being fatherless.

I don't want to be at odds with him forever but I also need him to work on his pride, he can never apologize or admit his wrongs and I hate that.

I've been actually thinking about contacting him to sit down and talk about everything and I really need do that soon since my due date is getting closer and closer.

"Y'all going through a tough time?"

"I guess you can say that." I shrugged, "But we'll shake back soon."

"You thought of any names?"

"Yeah, her name is actually already chosen. It's Masami Amoura."

"That's so cute!"

"Thank youuu." I told her before looking down at my phone and seeing it was getting late. "Well it's getting late so ima head on out."

I had a few appointments in the morning that I needed to be on time for.

"Okay girl!" She stood up and walked me to the door.

"I'll text you." I told her before we said our goodbyes.

I walked down the hallway towards the elevator.

I pressed the button and waited for it to come, once it did a man on it, walked out.

We both stopped and exchanged looks, I couldn't put my finger on it but he just looked soo familiar.

"I know you?" I asked. I mean shit, he was looking like he knew me or something too.

"Nah." He shook his head before walking off. I walked halfway into the elevator but stuck my head out to see what door he was going to.

And coincidentally...It was Kaelyn's.

He knocked and the door opened almost immediately— I went all the way inside the elevator after he walked in.

I don't know where I seen his face, but I just know I seen it...

Me, Max and Teejay looked at Tariq like he had three heads.
