I paled as the doctor finished speaking, I have to stay in Hades' room? I tried arguing with her, but she simply gave me a stern look before walking out. Hades sat there quietly, watching me with worried eyes. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, trying my hardest to calm my crazy heart.

"If you want, you could sleep in the guest room beside my room." Hades murmured.

I looked over to see slight hurt in his eyes, but also concern. I sighed, "No...it's fine...I'm just not used to sharing a room with a...male." I replied shyly.

He cocked his head, his curious eyes studying me. "That's not the only reason...you're afraid of me."

It wasn't a question, it was a statement and we both knew it wasn't false. I swallowed, staring at my hands as I mused over his statement. I finally let out a frustrated breath, "Can you blame me?" I asked softly.

He shook his head, "No...I know I wasn't what you would call, a mate. I'm willing to fix my ways though, I make it up to you. The first step is to at least make sure you're comfortable."

My heart fluttered a bit at his words, but my wolf and I were trying to see if he was speaking the truth. After five minutes of me narrowing my eyes at him and him looking at me as if I gained two heads, I finally nodded.

"Sleeping in your room is fine, but I want the couch." I stated.

He furrowed his eyebrows, the confusion on his face just made him look adorable. Of course I would never tell him that, I have a feeling he's one of those guys that says, "I'm not cute, I'm an Alpha." The thought made me giggle slightly, causing him to become even more confused.

"Why not the bed? It would be comfortable." he asked.

I frowned, "I'm sleeping in the same room as you, not beside you."

"Well, I figured that much, which is why I would sleep on the couch. What kind of man would I be if I made my mate uncomfortable? I've already caused enough pain in your life to last me a life time of guilt." he blurted out, seeming frustrated and nervous.

I didn't say anything, I was shocked by his words. My eyes widened a bit, but I relaxed myself and laid against the hospital bed. I closed my eyes and nodded, "Fine."

It came out cold and I quickly snapped my eyes open to look at him, he seemed hurt, but he masked it. I internally groaned, I swear, my attitude has a mind of its own sometimes. I sat up and ran my hand through my hair as I chewed on the inside of my cheek.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to answer like that." I whispered, glancing up at him.

He nodded, "It's fine."

His jaw was clenched and annoyance was evident on him, but I just ignored it. He finally helped me up and walked me out of the room. His arm was wrapped tightly around my waist, causing sparks and warmth to crawl through my body. I knew I probably shouldn't get too close to him, but I couldn't bring myself away from this amazing feeling.

"You think this is amazing, wait till we mate with him." my wolf sounded.

I internally groaned, "Really? Do you think of anything else besides sex?"

"Nope."

"At least you're honest." I sighed.

I focused on reality and realized we stopped, I looked over to see him signing some papers. A young nurse with blonde hair was waiting patiently as Hades finished signing them. She looked up and smiled at him, bowing her head in a sign of respect. She then looked at me, her grin grew even wider.

"Welcome back, Luna." she chirped.

I forced a smile, "Thank you."

She bowed her head to me as well before gently grabbing the papers and walking away. Hades guided me out of the infirmary and outside. I sighed in content as the fresh air hit my nostrils, making my wolf and I feel peace. Hades watched me with an amused look as I started to breathe in the air. Once I finally made eye contact with him I quickly blushed and looked away.

"Don't judge." I said, still refusing to look at him.

He laughed beside me, "Who says I'm judging?" he mused.

I raised an eyebrow, "I know you were."

"Seems like this Luna is a little sensitive."

I looked up to see a man walking towards us, his soft hazel eyes glanced at me before focusing on Hades. Almost immediately I knew he was Hades' Beta, by the power coming off of him. I watched him with curious yet cautious eyes. Hades smiled and nodded at him, he then pulled me closer.

"Celina, this is my Beta, Jackson." he introduced. "Jackson, this is your future Luna, Celina."

I smiled and bowed my head, "Nice to meet you, Jackson."

"Pleasure is all mine, Luna." he chirped, bowing.

I rolled my eyes, "Jackson, you can call me Celina. Luna is...a little too formal for me."

"Ah, sorry, Celina. Now, my mate is cooking you guys lunch....if you're hungry, that is."

"I'm actually starving, hospital food isn't the best here." Hades whined.

I grinned, "I've been surviving on Jello."

"Yeah, my Jello, jerk." Hades grumbled.

I lightly slapped his shoulder, "Oh, stop acting like a child."

"I'm not."

"Yes, you are."

"Am not."

"Are so."

"Am not."

"Are so."

"Uh, guys?"

"You're so annoying sometimes!"

"Oh, I'm annoying? How about you and your freaking thing with throwing me in a dungeon? By the way, get some damn air freshener for there, smells like vomit and blood. I think there was even urine down there."

"Well, I'm sorry you trespassed onto my territory."

"Speaking of which, who the hell was that guy who told them to carry me back? He was as rude as hell!"

"That actually was me."

I looked over at Jackson, he scratched his head as he looked down. "You sir, are a jerk."

"Am not! You were a rogue at the time." he defended himself.

I folded my arms across my chest, "Does not mean you have the right to handle me roughly. Rogue or not, we're both still werewolves. I didn't even attack you, I just got annoyed because you seem to not understand the fact I had jumped out of a window."

"Okay, I wasn't thinking of your bones at the time. I got thrown from the window plenty of times and never broke my bones."

I stared at him, how in the world did he just say that as if it's the most normal thing to say? I mean, it's not every day you meet someone and they tell you they were thrown out a window multiple times. I frowned before Hades sighed and started dragging me away from his Beta.

"Are you coming?" Hades asked, looking at Jackson.

He started to grumble as he stormed past us, "I am not rude."

"Are so!" I called as he walked further away.

"Whatever!" he called back.

I laughed, "I like him."

Hades narrowed his eyes and growled a little, "You're mine."

"Not like that, idiot. Goddess, you men and your jealous ways." I sighed.

Hades rolled his eyes, but I could see his amused smile. As we walked back to the packhouse we decided to play twenty questions, and boy did I find out a lot.

A/N: I feel like this chapter is the worst. This is what happens when I can't fall asleep until 4 AM then wake up at 12. My sleeping schedule sucks.
