Dave saunters into my office and throws himself into the seat opposite my desk
"How are things going with you and the chocolate babe?" He asks with a smirk on his face
Rolling my eyes, I feel anger flare up in my stomach but also a tinge of happiness
Just a tinge
Or maybe more
It doesn't matter
"Everything is fine," I answer bluntly getting on with my work
Dave continues goading me for some explanations but I say nothing
After work I call her and am excited and nervous to hear her voice
"Want to come round?" I ask flirtatiously
She says she can't
"Fine then, be like that," I snap back irate
Sensing my crude tone she agrees to come but only under one condition
"I'll give you all the love and affection you want ," I reply my charming white smile growing
That night we bathe in allure and satisfaction
When she's wrapped in my arms I inhale her and sigh comforted
She smells of lavender and Rosemary
I think I'm falling in love with her
I don't tell her again though
I know I should
But I don't
