As Bill pads along on his journey for knowledge, he comes across a building. It didn't look a twoleg place, it was too small. A cat out of nowhere popped out right in front of Bill greeting him.

Weatherstar: Hola kitty!

Bill: What? Who are you

Weatherstar: Simple, I am Weatherstar leader of InstrumentClan. Have you ever wondered how you can look at the weather?

Bill: No...

Weatherstar: Well come along with me to learn about all our fancy instruments that help us look at the weather! *Drags Bill into the building*

Bill: Hey!

Weatherstar: *Points a plastic thing with a strip of glass in it containing red liquid*

Bill: What is that?

Weatherstar: That my friend is called a thermometer! It contains either alcohol or mercury. When the weather gets cold the red liquid goes down and when it gets hot it goes up. There are two different ways of telling how many degrees it is.

Bill: I believe it is called Farenhite and Celsius.

Weatherstar: Correct! You're a smart little cookie aren't ya? Now, this thing here is called a barometer! It measures the air pressure and tells you whether the pressure is rising or falling. A rising barometer means it is a nice hot day and a falling barometer means it is a cold day.

Bill: Alright then, that sounds kinda cool.

Weatherstar: Isn't it?! Tempfur lead this kitty to the next instruments and tell him what they do. I have to go onto Cat News 5 and let every cat know the weather. *Bounces away*

Tempfur: Yes Weatherstar. She can really be a pawful.

Bill: I can tell.

Tempfur: So what is your name?

Bill: It's Bill Nye. Most cats know me from my television show.

Tempfur: Wow, are you really the Bill Nye the Science Kitty?!

Bill: Yeah...

Tempfur: You are literally one of the highest praised cats here. Um, don't tell any other cat your name.

Bill: Why not.

Tempfur: Let's just say your journey would be stopped.

Bill: Oh, alright then I'll keep quiet. How about you just continue telling me what these weather instruments to.

Tempfur: I nearly forgot! This is a sling psychrometer. It can measure humidity using two thermometers a wet cloth on one of them. As the water evaporates from the cloth the thermometer will drop in temperature and you will be able to compare it to the one without the cloth.

Bill: Oh! What are these two things?!

Tempfur: This is called a rain gauge, as it rains water fills into it and you can tell how much water fell from the sky. And this one is called a wind vane, it tells you what direction the wind is blowing.

Bill: That sounds fascinating. Machines so simple but serve a great purpose.

Tempfur: *Goes over to next instrument* This is called an anemometer! It can tell you how fast the wind blows. The wind will blow into this cup turning the dial attached to it which shows the wind speed.

Bill: What are those cats doing over there? *Points at the cats on the computers*

Tempfur: They are using weather maps. They take chunks of the earth indicate the atmosphere conditions within it.

Bill: Wow that sounds so cool! Any other instruments?

Tempfur: There are lots of small ones but only a few more big ones.

Bill: Like?!

Tempfur: A hydrometer to measure the water vapor content in the air, a weather balloon to measure the earth's conditions higher in the atmosphere, a compass for telling direction and...

Bill: AND?!

Tempfur: Your eyes.

Bill: Oh...

Forcastingkit: OH MY STARCLAN IS THAT BILL NYE THE SCIENCE KITTY?!

Rio: *Pops out from nowhere* WHERE IS BILL NYE~SENPAI?!

Dusky: Rio! This isn't your book!

Rio: Yes it is!

Dusky: Stop doing Astro's job! Lets go bother Yellowfang and Wikipedia.

Rio: GREAT IDEA!

Tempfur: Run!

Bill: No need to tell me twice!

As all of Bill's fans chase him out of the territory to get an autograph Astro lays on a cloud laughing at Bill.

Hope you liked it! This is Dusky signing off!
