She can never get tired,
and she can never be discouraged.
She never breaks down,
nor does she ever break.
or at least that's what they thought,
or what they all do.
But behind her smile,
There's a girl,
Captivated away from the world.
Her words never made their way,
Her demons never seem to fade.
The horrors she's lived,
No one knows about.
Demanded to be perfect,
Is all she ever gets.
She feels like she's never enough,
But she won't mind,
Because she'll wipe off her tire,
And hold back her tears,
Just to be enough,
For the world.
