We were just kids,
The day I first met you.
You took away my blue,
And I know that it was true.
We were so madly in love.
We never minded the world,
Or all that we've been told.
All I know, is that I've got you to hold.
We would get lost in the stars,
For this love is ours,
And we'll carry it away,
to a playground in Mars
