Because only then, I get to see him in my dreams, happy and in love, before it all crashed and burned.
I see you in my sleep.
Floods of our memories,
Sinking me deep,
Down into our histories.
Visions of my desire,
I see them in my dreams.
Before we burned like fire,
Falling apart in the seams.
I held you in my dreams,
And it was real enough.
The way your eyes beam,
Deluding me somewhere above.
Well what can I say ?
All I am now is a girl,
Who lost her warmth of day,
Stuck in a never-ending swirl.
