I wish I could've captured,
The way you smile at me.
It leaves my heart un-shattered,
Sending my butterflies flying free.
I wish I could've replayed,
The way you laugh with not a care.
It makes all my worries delayed,
Urging my mind to play truth or dare.
I wish I could've kept,
All your love that I let slip.
Now it's hard for me to accept,
That I've finally let go of your grip.
I wish I could've told you,
All these rhymes that I pen,
Anticipating an 'I miss you too',
Hoping that we could start again.
