To Ty Worth, there was no reason not to be nice. Just smiling at a stranger or waving to a friend in the halls, wasn't hard. There wasn't a day that Ty didn't try her best to make someone's day. Maybe it had something to do with being a Hufflepuff, but nonetheless, it was a quality that she had.
Sitting next to strangers in class wasn't difficult for Ty either. She was always able to create a conversation out of nothing and was always able to make silence not awkward. It was quite an incredible talent. Although, there was one girl that Ty couldn't quite get to. Pansy Parkinson was a tough cookie to crack. Ty would do her usual tooth-full smile, and ask how her potions partner was doing, but Pansy wouldn't speak. Nothing. Well, except sometimes when Pansy was in a really bad mood and she'd tell Ty to "shut the bloody hell up"after she constantly talked.
Pansy thought her rude words would have the girl running, but with Ty Worth it was the opposite. She worked harder. Ty's friends told her she had to let it go, but Ty was never the letting-go type.

— I chose to have this story start in half-blood prince because Draco is running around trying to find ways to kill Dumbledore, so he doesn't have time for Pansy anymore. I also think he should break up with her, and that causes Pansy to confide in Ty
— Pansy becomes nicer to Ty after she realizes the girl will never give up and Pansy respects her for that. Pansy also starts to like the attention she gets from Ty because she doesn't get attention from anyone else. she likes Ty's constant smiles and she thinks Ty is cute anyway
— Ty isn't great at potions, so Pansy will have to do most of the work, which causes arguments
— One day, when Draco breaks up with Pansy, Pansy is super mean to Ty because she's upset and angry which makes Ty actually argue back. when Ty finds out why Pansy was so rude, she apologizes
— Ty isn't a pushover, she just has never been affected by the rude things people say. She can let it run right off her shoulders.
— Ty's motto is literally kill people with kindness. she makes people feel bad if they're mean by being nice
