CHAPTER 4

Xander POV

She is here . I can smell her . I refused to open my door, in all honesty I am a mess.

Her scent her heart beat is messing up my senses. I am having trouble keeping my fangs inside. They keep retracting and going back. I do not understand it.

I feel hot all of sudden. I feel a pang on my chest making me double over.

",Xavier! Come right now. They have arrived. "my father's angry voice called from the threshold.

",Yes".I groaned. I had no energy to fight back.

I went to bath ,a really cold shower.
I returned to the mirror and saw myself, my eyes lined red.
I growled. I cannot let her disorientate me.
I wore my usual mask of coolness. No one knows of this emotional side of mine. It is such a weakness.
I wore a black shirt and left the top buttons open. With a black Jean and formal shoes. My dark hair left to run down my shoulder in wet curls. My fangs wouldn't retract though.
Odd.

I Walked down the stairs to the lobby. I got a wift of her scent. My fangs ached to be released.
I closed my eyes and took deep breaths then closed my mouth. I guess I won't be able to male snide comments today without revealing what we are to the humans.

I hurried down the stairs to find my father saying
",Welcome my friends to Calipa palace ".as cheerily as ever. As of he is innocent he is the kill with no trace type of guy . GE us no saint and he ain't fooling me.

Third person POV
Alexander saw him take powerful steps to the Lobby.
She immediately looked at him. Tall roughly six feet five, not too masculine or lean either. Long curly black brown hair and brilliant blue grey eyes with a pair of sensual lips sharp nose, his eyes married to sharp yet soft check bones with a feminine face he gave Joey and Jonathan a run for their money.

He looked at her for a moment aware of her staring. His eyes crinkled in disgust making Alexander frown. He felt rage at that moment. His father felt his negative aura and saw Alexander cower behind her father due to Xander's glower of hatred.

He is disappointment ,he had expected a reaction from Xavier. Such try to kill the girl, suck her dry ,him run away, or even kiss the girl senseless not for him to keep cool and glower at the girl with enough hate to put the girl at unease.

",Mr Welter this is my son Xavier Xander William Jacqui the first. William this is Mr Tony Welter, and Mrs Wendy Welter and miss Alexander Welter ."he said pointing to the family that smiled nervously.
They stepped onto the lobby and he smiled and shaked Mr Welter's hand and Kissed Mrs Welter's hand.
Then he took miss Welter's delicate hand and kissed it slowly as if .if he hurried he would lose it and bite her veins all of them. He is driving her insane.
She looked at him as he slowly kissed her hand rose to his height towering over her.

",Come let us go inside ".his mother said sensing the tension .
Xavier walked behind the group as they all walked in. They were distracted with talking and complimenting the house they did not see Xavier slacking behind and his father going to him.
Alexander walked slowly looking at them . His father had his back to her but she could Xander clearly.
He looked annoyed.

",Xavier why cannot you pretend to be polite if you cannot be just that? ".his father asked.
He looked at his father thinking what excuse he could use that will not make him seem weak.
",Father ".he said. Alexander could not see the tips of the fangs from get place but his father did and stiffened .

",I know you are proud of them but put them away and speak to the girl and stop scaring her ".his father said calmly bother lining agitated .

Xavier knew Alexander couldn't hear them, pathetic human ears but he'd like to humour her. He smiled wide revealing his impressive dimples and pearly whites. But what was alarming was the set of upper and lower elongated fangs so long and pointy. What made her angry was he looked... Hot... While doing it.
