fortnite✨

-finns basically obsessed with fortnite
-and you don't really know why
-every time you went over to hang out, finn would kinda blow you off a bit to play the game
-so one day you had enough
-he was doing the same thing, telling you to back off because he couldn't see the screen
-after 30 minutes of this, you grabbed his laptop and asked him why he enjoyed playing so much
-to which he probably answered with something about the graphics or something
-and then he asked if you wanted to play
-dear god you didn't know what to do
-you took his spot in the chair
-and looked at him with a pitiful look
-he looked back at you and just sighed
-"you don't know how to play, do you?" "no."
-so he pulled up another chair and started to tell you how to play
-depending on what kind of person you are, you either were:
-really good, good the hang of it pretty fast and overall did well
-or
-flinching at every movement, acted like this was a horror game, hated every second (finn knew) and did pretty bad (this is me tbh)
-no matter which one you are, finn would cheer you on and give advice on what to do
-if you did well, you would probably play duos with him
-if you just couldn't deal, you probably gave the laptop back to finn and watched
-at least this time he was giving tips and telling you what to do in certain situations
-he was being a supportive bf and it was v cute
-eventually you got the hang of it and started playing with finn on duos for something
-once you even played on stream
-(the entire stream was finn yelling because you weren't doing something right)
-but just because you were bad doesn't mean finn wouldn't ever play with you
-or even try to teach you other things
-it was how you guys would bond and shit while he was gone
-it was always fun tbh (even with finn having a mental breakdown over the call)
