Jahseh just smirked shaking his head. I looked at him, confused on why this was amusing to him.

"Why is it funny?" I sniffled, wiping my eyes.

"Cause you really care? I can tell she dont treat you right ma" he smacked his lips.

"she doesn't but I-" I was cut off by him.

"Shh, its gon be ok. Ima take care of you" he smirked starting the car.

"what do you mean?" I asked calming down a little.

" you can stay at my house, or Korrine's. You pick." He told me.

"yours" I said immediately.

"aww, you like me" he smirked to himself

"no I don't " I claimed

"yes you do" he started driving.

"no" I lied.

"mphmm" he teased me.

"where you going ?" I asked as he passed his house.

"I gotta get some things from stokes house" he said.

"Ok" I said looking out the window.

"Jahseh" I said out of boredom.

"Hm?" He hummed in response

"why did you pick those tattoos?" I asked referring to his face tats.

"which ones?" He asked not looking away from the road.

"like, numb...alone,loyalty" I reminded him.

"Ima tell you when we get back to my house" jahseh told me.

Jahseh ended up stopping at Stokeley's house and grabbing some of his stuff. Though I stayed in the car, cause I didnt feel like getting up.

We had just gotten to his house and I was kinda scared, cause like what would his mom think?

"Jahseh, what will your mom say?" I asked worried.

"She isn't here, she gon be gone for a couple days. My aunt is here" he shrugged.

"Just tell her that you my girl" Jahseh smirked.
