Chapter 31

My head was in a mess and everything was just confused me a lot.

I wanted answers but I didn't know how to get them. I flashed open my eyes and came back to reality

I sat upright in bed eagerly looking for Joey.

I heard noises from downstairs so I just assumed he was making breakfast as his mother wasn't here.

I got out of bed and tidied my self up. Then walked down the long elegant staircase to where Joey was making breakfast.

"Oh! This smells so nice what is it?" I said excitedly

"Hmm it's just eggs, bacon, beans and bread" he chucked

"So....when are we going to see your father?" I asked

He smiled and said, "At around 4:00 in the afternoon Ill Pick you up."

I felt nervous again but at the same time, I wanted to ask his father about what I saw in the dream.

Joey left to do work at the company and said I could go out shopping with Beth. So I called her up.

We decided to meet at the mall.

"Dime!" Beth yelled and waved

I ran to her and gave her a right hug then released her and smiled

"Let's go shopping!" We both yelled

We went shopping for a long time.

When we sat down to eat I had to ask her about what I saw in my dream.

"Hey I don't know if you remember but when I was younger there was a business event yes?.

She nodded her head

" well I had a dream about it and in the dream, I met little Joey and his father and my parents knew each other. Do you know anything?" I said pleadingly

She hesitated for a minute then saw how desperate I was then sighed and said:

"Well I was actually there as well I was 10 so I understood a lot of what the adults were saying. Well, you see your parents and Joeys parents knew each other very well."
