23. Picking A Name

Joel 💙

Me and Joel have kinda been thinking of names that we could call our son. We don't know if we should go with an American name or a Latin name that reflects Joel's Mexican heritage. Don't think it would really matter as long as you find the perfect name for our son. I like Samuel, Oliver, Noah and Harry. Classic boy names. Joel likes Mateo, Lucas and Christian that are of Latin heritage. Anyway we'll find the perfect name for him soon. Hopefully we will. Joel and I are sat on the couch eating some fruit because we like to be healthy. We need to discuss names again so I decide to bring it up. "Joel, you know we kinda need to decide on a name for our son" I say. "I know we do. Tell me what you like the most" Joel replies. "Hmmm well I like a lot of names" I reply. "Tell me what" he smiles. "I like Oliver, Samuel, Harry and Noah. I know you like Christian, Lucas and Mateo" I reply. "I do but you know it's up to you, babe. You're his mother" he said. "It's up to both of us" I reply. "Okay well it's a hard decision" Joel said. "How about Oliver? It's a really cute name. I've loved it for a long time" I say. "Yeah I like the name Oliver too" Joel said. "So is Oliver the name for our son?" I say. "Yes I think it is. How about James for his middle name?"  he said. "Yep that's so perfect, Joel. Just like our son. Oliver James Pimentel" I say. "We can't wait to meet you, son" Joel says placing his hand on my bump and kissing me. So Joel and I finally decided on the perfect name for our son. Oliver James Pimentel

Richard ❤️

Richard and I have been thinking about names for our son. Well not really thinking but Richard insists on naming him after himself. Richard Jr. I'm not that keen on that but some people name their kids after themselves so maybe. I'd rather our son have his own name. I know Richard wants to name our son after him. He's been talking about it. I don't really have any names in mind myself but I'll be thinking. Richard walks into the bathroom as I'm getting ready and puts his arms around me. "Babe, can we talk?" he asks. "Yeah just a minute" I reply. We go into our room a few minutes later and sit on the bed. "I've thought of a band for our boy" Richard said. "I know what you're gonna say, Rich" I reply. "No you don't" he said. "Richard, no offence but I don't want to name our son after you" I say. "Why? Richard is an awesome name but I have a different name. Wanna hear it" he said. "Sure" I say. "Ricardo. I wanna name him Ricardo. Similar to my name but the Spanish equivalent to Richard" Richard said. "Yeah sure I like it" I reply. "Great am we will name him Ricardo. Baby, I understand why you didn't want us to name him after me. It may be confusing but with calling him Ricardo it's a different name" he said. "Yeah I just wasn't keen on it. But Ricardo is a great name. I like it" I say. "What about for middle names?" Richard said. "Yashel. That's your middle name" I said. "Yeah great so our son will be called Ricardo Yashel Camacho" he said. "Yep that's amazing" I say. I smile and kiss him. I'm glad Richard understood why I didn't want to name our son after him but Ricardo is great for him

Erick 💜

Erick and I haven't yet decided on a name for our baby girl but we will do soon. We want to choose both a cute and pretty name for her as she's going to be a beautiful girl. We want to pick a name for her before she is born of course. I would like Erick to choose but he doesn't know that yet. I'm gonna tell him tonight. We are sat having dinner at a restaurant. Maybe it will be a good time I bring up about names. We are both easing pizzas at the restaurant. "Pizza is so good, babe" Erick said. "Yep it is. Delicious" I reply. We eat up our pizzas till they were all finished. After I look at Erick and smile. "Babe, you can decide what we name our daughter. I honestly don't mind. I know you'll come up with the name for our daughter. I really want you to, Erick" I say. "Really? Do you actually want me to?" he said. "Yes of course I do. I know how much you're dying to meet this baby girl and be a dad" I say. "Yes I am and you're dying to meet her too" Erick said. "Yes of course I am. So do you have any names in mind" I say. Erick hesitates for a second and says "Well I've always really liked the same Sofia. It's what I've wanted to call my future daughter for a long time" he said. "Yeah I really like the name Sofia. It's really cute and pretty. Just the name we want for our daughter" I reply. "Yes I love the name Sofia so that will be her name" Erick said. "Perfect" I smile. "She needs a middle name too" he said. "Yeah she does. Hmmmm let me think. How about Maria? It's kinda a family name. It's my moms name, my grandmas names and also one of my cousins name" I reply. "Yep that's so amazing. Sofia Maria Colón. Mommy and daddy can't wait to meet you" Erick smiles before giving me a kiss. We really love the name we've decided for our little girl. Sofia is the perfect name for the perfect little angel

Zabdiel 🧡

Me and Zabdiel need to decide on names for our baby girls room. We will be meeting them in the next couple of months we hope so we need to have names picked out for them pretty soon. We want to go for Latin names of course as we are both Latin so that would make sense. We want them to have the perfect names of course. We have looking through books and everything and selected out a few names. "Babe, have you added anymore names to that list" Zabdiel asks. "No I haven't but I know you want to choose the names soon. So do I" I reply. "Let's have a look so see what we got" he said. "Sure" I reply. I get the list up on my phone and read it out. "So we've got Olivia, Jacqueline, Isabella, Adriana, Gabriella, Alba and Clara" I say. "I love these names but we have to choose two for our girls" Zabdiel said. "Yes we do. We can both choose one name each" I reply. "Yes we can. I like Gabriella" he said. "And I like Isabella" I reply. "I love both those names. They are so beautiful and will be perfect for our girl's" he said. "Yes so perfect" I say. "Middle names as well" Zabdiel said. "Yep good point" I reply. We spend sometime looking up middle names and we find the ones. "So Gabriella Arianna and Isabella Emilia" Zabdiel said. "Yes I love those, babe. Such cute names" I say. "They are. We can't wait to meet Gabriella and Isabella" he said. So we found names for our babies and they are just the ones we wanted

Christopher 💚

Christopher and I have been compiling a list of names for both boys and girls as we don't want to know the gender of the baby yet. We have pretty long names for both boys and girls that we found but we don't know which ones we like the best but we'll decide soon as we want to have an idea of what we are going to name the baby. Chris comes into the kitchen while I'm sat at the table doing work. I've added one or two more names to the list. "Babe, how about we look at the list of names when you have a minute. Can't remember what we picked" he said. "Sure just a moment" I reply. I get up the list on my laptop. "So for boys we have Carlos, Julian, Victor, Sebastian, Atticus, Dominic, Fabian and Emilio" Christopher said. "For girls we have Daniella, Cecilia, Penelope, Gloria, Lydia, Ariana, Celeste and Valentina" I say. "Ohhhh it's going to be a tough decision" he said. "It is. What do you think? We need one of each" I say. "Huh well I like Sebastian for a boy. I've always liked that and Lydia for a girl" Christopher said. "Well I'm kinda leaning towards Victor and Penelope" I say. "Aye. How about if it's a boy Sebastian Victor and if it's a girl Lydia Penelope. I think that would be perfect" Chris said. "Yes it would be. I love both of those names and I can't wait find out if it's going to be Sebastian or Lydia" I reply. "Me too, babe. I just can't wait. Whatever name we don't use can be for our next child" Christopher smiles. So we choose out a girls name and a boys name that would be perfect for our baby

A/ N: Hope you liked the names I picked out. Had them in mind for a while. Also I've got loads more baby name written down for future books. Like 15. It's crazy. Probably won't get round to doing them but I love choosing names haha
