Chapter 4: Sleepover

I kissed him.

I closed my eyes; as my lips touch his, it's like the world stops before me. He held me around my waist and I reached for his hair. I can feel my heart racing, I feel like its about to burst open. So this is what a first kiss feels like. 

"Oh! Look what we have here!" I heard someone shout. What? Someone's watching us?! I pushed him away immediately. Oh my gosh, I did not think this through. Actually, I didn't even wanted to kiss him! I just got so caught up in the moment, I didn't know what I did; it's like my body just moved however it wanted. 

"Woah." he said, while touching his lips. I looked around, everyone's eyes were all on us. How did this all happen? Was it because of that guy who just shouted a while ago? This is humiliating! I tried to cover my face, but it won't work because I know they are still watching.

"W-What you never seen a kiss before?" I stuttered. You do not know how much courage it took me to say that. Everyone turned away, rolling their eyes at me. Yeah, I thought so. Please mind your own business from now on people! 

"Nice man!" Some dude raised his hand in the air and high fived Chris. I rolled my eyes. Guys. He walkd away, laughing with his friends. I shake my head. What have I got myself into? 

"See I told you I didnt like you. Now what about you?" I shot back. At least I feel like the weight has been lifted. He was really annoying me! That's probably the main reason why I kissed him. That is the only reason right? 

"Hm, let see." he smiled and I immediately knew what he was going to do. He kissed me back, but this time there was tongue. His tongue curled up around mine, making my legs go weak. He held me close to him and I can smell his scent. He smelled so fresh and sweet, kind of like lavenders. He takes my breath away, literally. I can't breath. He pushes me away and we both gasp for air. 

"Did that answer your question?." He said breathlessly.

"Woah." I smiled, trying to catch a breath. Now, that is what I call a kiss. 

"So, now that we have each other's answer, would you want to go somewhere with me on friday night?" He gave me a optimistic smile and  I smiled back. I thought he'll never ask.

"Let me think about it." I gave him a wink and walked away; smiling like crazy. He just asked me out!!

       After the party, we had a sleepover at Lily's place. We all changed into our PJs. Hm, it feels nice to change into PJ"s for once. That dress was so tight on me, I thought I was going to die from lack of oxygen. 

"Oh my god! No way!" Alyssa screamed. Here we go again. I really think they are over-exaggerating a bit. It's not that big of deal, it's just a kiss. Okay, two kisses but that's it!

"Yes way!" I screamed with her. 

"He kissed me back, and it just happened so fast!" I confessed. Every time we have our girl talk about boys, I always find myself blushing. Is it because we don't have enough girl talks? I guess I'm just not comfortable talking about my feelings. 

"Aw!" Alyssa screamed into my ear. Ugh, she's completely gone now. Hello to Alyssa's fan girl side! Okay that sounded weird. Yeah, this new style isn't working for me. I think I'm just going to shut up now. 

"Did he asked you out??" Lily asked.

"Yeah he did." I mumbled under my breath. I can't believe I'm still blushing, it's already over but why does the kiss keep replaying over and over again? It's like I'm stuck in a continuous loop and there's no way for me to get out. Someone save me!
