Chapter 15

Jungkook was dying out of concern and curiosity.

Recently he couldn’t talk to Taehyung but now he couldn’t even see him. These days Jungkook satisfied himself by just looking at the omega going about his days but today he had been missing the entire day. 

He knew, he just knew it that this definitely had something to do with that asshole mate of his and this thought made him worried.

He didn’t know why but this time his guts was telling him to go find the omega, talk to him.

But the omega was still avoiding him and he respected Taehyung’s wish. Jungkook didn’t want to come as forceful. 

The alpha just wished to know whether the little omega was ok. However he didn’t knew how to do that. 

“Jungkook”

At his name being called, Jungkook turned to look at the source of the voice from where he was sitted. He saw Namjoon and Hoseok walking toward him.

“yeah”

“how have you been?” 

“im fine hyung. You?”

“good good”

There was a moment of silence.

“guk…… I’m worried about you.” It was Namjoon who started, “you have been so distant.” Hoseok added agreeing to Namjoon, “are you in some trouble? What’s the reason?”

Jungkook felt guilty knowing he worried them. “hyung….” Jungkook uttered not knowing how to start.

“you can tell us anything. We are family. Remember?” “we wont ever judge you.” Both Hoseok and Namjoon encouraged him seeing him hesitating.

Family. 

The youngest alpha was filled with an overwhelming feeling of love for his friends. He knew it was okay to tell them anything. 

“Taehyung…. He is been avoiding me and…..”

“wait wait” Namjoon cut jungkook in mid- sentence. “Taehyung who? Who are you talking about?”

“Jiyong’s mate” it was Hoseok.

“wait again. Hoseok? You knew? And I’m unaware why?”

“its not this brat would tell me. I just knew. Are you sure you are intelligent?” Hoseok said jokingly.

Namjoon scoffed, “stop distracting him.”

“are you guys finally done? can I start now?” jungkook spoke mocking them, but continued speaking when both of them nodded. 

“ its just I'm worried about him. I have not seen him the entire day today and I feel like this has to do something with Jiyong. You guys know how that asshole is.”

“woah calm down, so much hatred!  But yeah I know where you are coming from. This guy has too much arrogance in him.” Hoseok agreed.

“but Jungkook, Jiyong is his mate. Of course he would have to do with Taehyung. What’s wrong with that?” The other alpha questioned.

“no hyung you don’t understand. That fucktard hits him, punishes him and what not. Taehyung is not happy with him.” Jungkook reasoned.

“and how do you know this? He told you?”

Jungkook hesitated for a second scared of their reaction but he knew he could tell them anything. “yeah he did. And he told me many other things.”

There was silence. Jungkook knew Namjoon and Hoseok had understood what he was implying. “you have been talking to him? I never saw?” Hoseok was the first one to break the silence.

“you have been talking to him secretly?” Namjoon asked surprised by what jungkook said. Seeing jungkook not answering was enough of an answer for them.

“Jungkook! Are you aware if you two get caught then it would have serious consequences?”

Jungkook sighed. He knew but he had lost control over his heart. He want to go find the omega.

Looking at their dejected friend both Hoseok and Namjoon calmed down

“Is he really that nice?” Namjoon spoke his voice extra soft to compensate for his previous yelling.

Jungkook just nodded, his head down and lips forming a pout. These were some instances that reminded the elder alphas how jungkook was still a young alpha and how it was them who raised him.

“then tell us about him”

“hmm….. from all this I can be sure of one thing and that is you are totally smitten for that omega.” Hoseok concluded from what he heard.

“Taehyung”

“yeah yeah Jungkook. Taehyung.” Namjoon said, “but what are you going to do now?”

“I don’t know but I do know that I have to see him or else I would go crazy.”

“and how are you going to do that?” Hoseok questioned.

“I will come up with something.”

“please don’t do anything risky” Namjoon pleaded, knowing it was useless because if the younger wanted to do something he would do it anyway.

“Do you guys think I am being impatient? Its just one day that I have not seen him.” 

“no not impatient Gukkie-” the eldest alpha said almost too sweetly seeing youngest beam at his words “- but totally whipped.”

“hyung!”

Taehyung and Jungkook would finally talk at the next chapter.
