"I'm transferring schools this week."

Jimin informed Hera as he walked her to the room, and she raised her eyebrows. "What? But, aren't you Baekhyun's bodyguard and Soojin also?"

"We are. Atleast I was, but now I'm going to military school to train for the future squad. Xiumin is a trained military officer who will protect prince from now on."

She hummed, and stopped when her room came into the view. "Thanks for today. I wanted to stay away from the Royals today and-"

"It was Baekhyun. I know." Jimin shrugged, and she sighed, not in the mood to deny it. "I'm leaving, but I've one request if you could fulfill it."

She frowned. "Request? For me?"

He nodded. "Take care of yourself, Hera. I know that you like Prince, but this relationship will demand a cost from your side. This royal world is not for you." He shoved his hands into the jacket. "I'm not saying this because I've some secret hatred but because I genuinely like you. You're good. Good for Baekhyun."

"But?" There was a hope in her voice. That maybe she would be able to overcome that but in the future, and it made Jimin sad.

"But, you're too good for that world." Jimin gave her a look, and stared around and then sighed. "Goodnight."

Hera nodded. "Take care of yourself." She smiled, and shook hands with him before he walked away. She stood there for a long moment before turning to her room. As soon as she took the first step towards her room, another voice stopped her.

"What were you doing with Jimin?"

Hera stared at the wall, and blinked back her tears. His footsteps halted just a few steps away, and she took a deep breath as she turned around to face him. He looked blank, and she couldn't help but burst into tears. "Hera-"

"I heard you talking to Bambam in the library," she almost whispered, and he paled visibly. "I know you didn't mean it. I trust you that much, prince."

"Don't." His face looked exhausted but the pain in his eyes was visible. "Don't say anything. I beg you. Please-"

"I know you said all of that to get Bambam off your back. You don't trust anyone." Hera stepped closer to him, and placed a hand over his cheek. "But, it made me face the reality of us, Baek. We're not meant to be."

"You don't get to say that." He held her hands, scared to let go. "I... I have feelings for you, and I'll make it work."

"It won't work. You're a prince, and I've already seen how that works," Hera said, tears streaming down her cheeks. "I don't fit in. At the end of the day, you'll have to choose. Between me and your family. I don't want that, neither do you."

"Do you want me to beg on my knees?" Baekhyun could feel his eyes tearing up, but he didn't want to cry. He refused to. This day already had been a nightmare, he couldn't bear to let go of the only happiness in his life. He just couldn't.

"I have a brother-"

"Hera, come on. Nothing is going to happen to your brother. I'm the prince, and I'll do something. You just have to wait and-"

"What if you let go of this hand when you realise what I'm realising right now." Hera looked at his hand holding hers, and watched as he slowly pulled it away.

"Do you think I'll leave you? Don't you trust me?"

"I don't trust the lives we're living. You can't even tell our classmates that we're going out. This relationship is based on nothing but an upcoming scandal."

His face hardened and he stepped back. "So, you don't trust me. Because that's what I'm hearing behind those words."

"You're angry right now, but you'll understand what I mean." Hera smiled through her tears and turned around to leave when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her to him as her back hits his front.

Baekhyun wrapped his arms around her shoulders and closed his eyes. "Hera, I... I love you." She stiffened at his confession and so did he. Turning in his embrace, she looked into his eyes, and he gulped. "I love you so much that-"

"Good night." She stepped out of his arms, and he let her. "Good night, Prince Baekhyun." He hung his head and heard her steps walking away from him. One and then another one. It was one of those moments for him.

The one where he would wish he wasn't a prince.

On the other side, Taehyung stared at Joy as she rested on her side of the bed. "Did it hurt you?" He whispered and her eyes fluttered as she looked at him. "When I kissed Lisa back in the grounds."

"I don't want to lie," she mumbled, sleepy. "I hated her. I hated you. But, then I saw my arm around your brother's, and wooshhh, everything made sense. It's our life."

"I intend on changing it." Taehyung caressed her face. "I will change it. When is Lisa coming?"

"She's probably making up with her boyfriend, Jungkook. He must be mad at her for kissing you."

"That's so fucked up." Taehyung closed his eyes, almost exhausted of the emotional turmoil the day had taken over him. "I'm so-"

"Ssshhh..." Joy placed a finger over his lips, and gently pulled his head to her chest. "There are things that doesn't need to be said. At least for now."

"Are you sleepy?" He peered up to her, and she raised her eyebrows. "I like this place, so I want to sleep here." He cuddled his face on her breast and she chuckled. "I like it."

"Okay, baby Tae. You can sleep as this. I'm good."

He grinned like a kid, and she wrapped her arms around his frame as they fell into a comfortable silence. There were unsaid words, words that needed to be said, but the silence was too calming to be interrupted. It was like they were walking on a thin line. Too scared to fall over the edge.

Holding each other tightly, they fell into deep slumber, and dreamt of a good tomorrow. A tomorrow in which they were together. Officially. Where Joy wasn't his brother's girl.

Away from all the hope, another heartbreak was taking place. Lisa sat alone on the terrace after watching Jungkook getting cozy with Soojin. She was at wrong. She knew that. Jungkook must've felt bad after seeing her with Taehyung, but he didn't even let her explain.

But, she kissed another guy in front of him. What could she expect? Grabbing her hair, she screamed silently, and wished. Wished for another universe without any of this drama in her life.

"Thanks for having dinner with me." Jungkook stood at the door, and Soojin smiled. "Can we have a day out some other day? I would love to go around with you."

"I'll have to look into my busy schedule for that," Soojin teased. "Now, go before someone sees you in the girl's hostel."

Jungkook grinned, and waved at her as he walked away. Soojin smiled but her smile fell as soon as he got out of her sight. She ran into her room, and found her phone on the bedside table. Dialing a familiar number, she pressed it over her ear. The person picked the call after a few rings.

"Get onto work. Find everything about the senior class student, Jeon Jungkook."
